This is the first visit I felt "rushed". It didn't feel like we got the same time and attention we normally receive from the staff. Before the change to Maine General we would get information to keep about her hight/weight, go over any changes we should expect. They didn't even tell me her temp/ Hight/ or weight. The medical assistant was in and out of the office so fast I couldn't pick her out of a line up.

Everyone was very friendly at our first appointment. Dr. Taylor was very patient and friendly and easy to talk to. I feel like she listened to my questions and, you know, I trusted her advice. She was... I already have a good feeling and I appreciate it. You know, I feel very comfortable and I'm excited to have found you guys.

Got in the same day. The staff was very helpful. My child got the care she needed and the medicine she needed to feel better

Your administrative staff could be a little more attentive at the windows. Also, they could pay more attention when an appointment was made previously, but it was canceled when you called to confirm. Thank you.
