Medication list and procedure list were pulled before the appointment. My medications were not correct and this was due to the staff pulling someone else's information not my own.

I really loved Amy Trelease-Bell. I have never seen her before. In all the years I have gone to FMI this particular doctor seemed to know everything about my health issues and immediately took control with the lump on my breast. My hot and cold flashes my thyroid cancer and high blood pressure. I would love for Dr Trelease-Bell to be my primary but I also know that she saw me because my primary wasn't available.

The visit was mostly fine but I left with a very frustrating situation about the follow up care. I was told to get an X-Ray and that I could walk in to any express clinic to do so. I am not familiar with the area so I asked where to go and the receptionist told me there was one up the road by the WalMart. When I arrived at the express clinic I was told they can't do walk in x-rays and that the x-rays for their patients are done by the Osteopathic center downstairs. I went to that office and was told by them that they also won't do walk in x-rays unless I am a patient there for an injury. I ended up getting one at the Gardiner clinic after calling ahead to make sure I could. All in all this whole situation sent me out of my way, very frustrated and took an extra, unnecessary 40 minutes of time which my baby sitter had to extend their care time which costs me more than I care to admit. I had to get a X-ray because I was in pain, I was sent all around a large medical facility where no one could help me. I sincerely hope that this feedback can resolve the issues for anyone in the future.
