It was very impressive to have a doctor spend as much time with me as she did. I felt like she really cared about what's going on and was so helpful. Her treatment made me feel seen instead of how some doctors make me feel like I am a hypochondriac... I felt like she really wants to help me get better

I feel very fortunate to have a doctor who listens to my concerns and provides options for addressing my issues. The concern for my mental and emotional wellbeing is clearly a component of the care, as is looking at my health as I age. Being a caregiver for my husband who is a lung cancer patient, I really appreciate that your facility clearly posts cancer screening information with specific guidelines for addressing concerns for patients to have the knowledge to be proactive about their health. I am very impressed with the Maine General Healthcare System.
