They rushed me in and I felt like I wasn't fully listened to. After I left we went to the ER and they were floored because I had the classic symptoms of a kidney stone which all the express care did was give me 3 days of antibiotics.

Yes, the team did an absolutely amazing job from someone who was scared of doctors and avoids them like the plague. They made me feel really comfortable. They addressed my issues and I got better within days of treatment. So nothing but praises.

The provider was very, very helpful. I really liked how she explained everything. She explained it very well about putting ice on my arm and wearing the brace all the time and taking breaks during my work that I am doing. It really helped me a lot. It's healing very well. Thank you very much. It was a great experience. Not that I wanted to be there, LOL.

Everyone was great. They all made me feel comfortable and hopeful I would recover soon. The only hiccup was my prescription. 2 were sent but to 2 different pharmacy's. It was my luck that they are across the street from each other. No harm done.

I was in and out in under an house as a walk-in Express Care patient. It was a good experience and the doc I saw was very good.

Yes, PA Brown was very, very good. I put her up with some of the better doctors I've had over the years. The only criticism I have is it seems to have been a glitch someplace between and I sat there watching her do it when she ordered the original antibiotic from Walmart. I went there and they had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. I had to go back to you guys and get it redone a second time. At that point, it was promptly done. I appreciate that. Minor glitch, but overall, I would say excellent. You've got a very, very good person there. Have a great day.

I was not impressed with how dismissive my doctor was about part of my concern. She seemed to have her mind made up already and wouldn't listen.

Experience could of been better if the doctor didn't take over 24 hours to call in my pain meds

I will never go to an ER again unless I have a stroke, heart attach, or something life threatening. It was an awesome experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful. My daughter was very distraught and not feeling good, and they actually ended up giving her a book, which helped kind of keep her more content during the time where we were waiting. And we did not have a very long wait time either, which was absolutely wonderful. And the doctor that I saw, Suzanne Brown, was absolutely wonderful. She listened, she looked at my daughter, she made sure that everything was all set. And she even told me that if she wasn't feeling better to call back, or if she developed anything else to call back, that she would gladly have a chat with us as long as she was available. And it was such a pleasant experience, especially with her not feeling good.

After I was treated it took 30 minutes to get paper work so I could leave

I went to the express care as I was having congestion and a lot of coughing and I just had to have somebody take a look at me and they were extremely efficient they took me right in I was I only waited out in the waiting room approximately about 10 minutes and they they came out and got me and I was only in the in the back for just 10 or 15 minutes the doctors right there went over checked me all over and I was extremely pleased and satisfied with everything that was done and I would tell any of my family and friends that this is a place to go if you need help and very efficient help.

PA choose to be conservative with treatment, unfortunately it just has prolonged effects of my sickness. Very amenable when I reached out as I wasn't feeling better. Glad I was taken seriously but wish treatment was initiated earlier.

I was visiting the area from out of state. I was checked in and seen in a very timely manner.

Fast service with people who really care! The staff were very outgoing and explained everything very well.

An unanticipated, pleasant surprise was how efficiently staff functioned in dealing with the unexpected vagaries of what is essentially a functioning ER experience. No patient time was expended "sitting around." The end result was a gratifying feeling of confidence in the treatment received.

All very good. Polite and uplifting when you are feeling sick.

Doctor didn't really check me out and now 3 days later I am so so much worse

I thought Suzanne did an excellent job, she was very informative of what was hurting and where the pain was. She gave me some exercises that have helped but the pain is still close by telling me it's going to hurt after you do this but it is helping. She was also genuinely concerned. I'm not good going to the drs. But the express team cares.

Suzanne Brown was the most professional and caring health care provider I think I've ever encountered. She nailed my diagnosis as an abdominal wall strain. I've had episodes of diverticulitis which have felt similar. She said to ice my abdomen and take some Aleve and not take antibiotics for diverticulitis unless I developed symptoms of diverticulitis. My abdomen felt better in a matter of just a day or two with no symptoms of diverticulitis. She is awesome and I only wish I could experience her again with any medical needs. Thank you.

Suzanne was phenomenal! Very kind, patient, & really listened to what I had to say in regards to my condition which helped shape a very beneficial treatment plan that got me right back in my feet same day! My nurse (I forget her name) was tremendous & super thoughtful - drew the shades, lowered her voice volume, was calm & gentle. THIS is how medical care should be!

My experience at MaineGeneral Express Care was excellent, as always, from start to finish. Suzanne Brown was efficient, knowledgeable, and warmhearted. She not only dealt with my immediate needs, she foresaw the possibility of an alternative if I did not improve significantly before the end of the week. Could not have hoped for better care!

It was very busy and I was given a card to call. Which I'm glad I had because of how busy things can get or I would have slipped through the cracks.

The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I received an estimate of wait time which helped me be patient while uncomfortable in the spacious waiting area. The RN, made me feel so welcome. She took an interest in how I injured myself and exuded empathy. Suzanne picked up right where the RN left off. She was incredibly nurturing, and highly competent. I trusted the entire care team. Highly recommend Express Care and MaineGeneral.

The team was very professional and answered all questions. They were efficient though checking to check out. They explained everything very clearly plus back to me the next day to explain to my results from the xrays I had the day before. No complaints, excellent care.

I was seen by an assistant very quickly after arriving and saw the nurse very soon after that. She took care of my needs and explained what she was doing and why. Exceeded my expectations.

Everytime I have to visit every one is so nice and caring and there is hardly any wait time.

Prompt and court

From the time that I walked into the building to the time that I was leaving after my x-rays had been completed, including all follow-up discussion and assessing my health and recommending medications, getting my vitals, everything that came with it, my visit was maybe a total of 30 minutes, give or take a couple. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful, and I felt very heard and seen, and I felt very respected as my time there. People used my preferred name correctly, and I felt very supported. I really appreciated it.

Thanks to everyone for taking care of me. This was the best possible experience for a concerning moment.
