We are in crazy times where your PCP can't ever get you in. Thank goodness for Express Care. The doctor I saw was wonderful.

My first visit there and they were wonderful from the lady at the front desk to the PA that saw me. I would use this service again.

I just want to say that the staff was really great, very polite, friendly. They definitely need raises. And the doctor, she was amazing. She took time and has gone above and beyond to get me to see an orthopedic referral, the whole nine yards. She is amazing. And I would definitely see her again. I wish she can be my primary care doctor. All right, thanks. Bye.

I had a really great experience at Express Care on this visit. I've had several visits there, unfortunately for me, but fortunately for you. They've all been very good. Erika, the PA, was exceptional with me. She listened to me. She looked at my health history. She was concerned about things, and she made sure that she covered all the bases with me to make sure that I had the best health care that I could get while I was at the facility that day. And the follow-up has been fantastic.

Everyone was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and found my problem. They gave me the appropriate medication. I would recommend MGMC Express Care to family and friends.

The reception staff were wonderful. I came in with a workman's comp claim because I was injured at work and they were unsure of the health insurance that my school district uses and they were so patient and kind and trying to problem solve that in the moment. And Erika Hall was a wonderful provider. She was just so professional and genuine and kind. So great job.

I had the best doctor! She listened to everything I had to say, was thorough, and kind. She didn't blow me off like my actual doctor and actually prescribed medication that worked for what was happening to me. I was sick all summer, was blown off by my actual doctor, but she did something to make me feel better! I wish she had a practice so I could have her as my actual doctor. It was nice to get good healthcare for once!

The only problem I had was the waiting. Going from one person to the other until Finally seeing the nurse practitioner, Erika who was great. I was there over 2 hours.

My experience was very good and the person that saw me called back to make sure everything was okay and let me know if not to get a hold of them well done

Very pleased and satisfied with the care that I was given.

Erika was thorough when she examined my mother. She told us to have her leg imaged, and called Thayer and ME General to find out what time they closed for imagining. We went to ME General. She called ahead to be sure we were able to be seen. She had a great demeanor and was patient with my elderly mother!! Kudos!!

Very friendly staff. Waiting time was an hour but I was brought in like 30 minutes after checking in. Nurse and doctor seemed to actually listen to what I was going through and were determined to provide me with care that made a difference. I appreciate the experience I had at Maine General.

They're the only service I have right now when my doctor's not available, and they've been very good to me to see what they can do to help me. So I'm very appreciative of the staff there. They've all been very kind to me.

Received excellent care, felt good to have qualified staff, great Dr. and nurses. The wait was the only surprise we have experienced. Most appreciated, the follow-up with Oakland Family Practice, a good program we have not experienced anywhere else.

I was at the express for a injury and had the doctor in charge of me that day and she informed me very well of what was going on, what she saw, diagnosed it very well and gave me antibiotics and at this time I am doing well. It is almost healed and I would very much so return to the express care of Maine General. The lady that was in question is Mrs. Hall and I would recommend her anytime, anywhere. And thank you.

I don't know if this is Maine General's Express Care in Waterville, but if it is, oh man, what a great experience. They listened to what was going on, the front staff was very courteous, and for the first time in I don't know how long, the doctor made me feel like I was being heard. You don't really get that in England, but in Maine General, I felt like that. With that, I'm switching primary care physicians from England to Maine General.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my PA Erika Hall. She was patient, kind and thorough. She took the time to listen and ask questions about what was going on with my health. She also followed up by phone twice the day after my appointment with important test results and to see how I was doing. I really appreciate how above and beyond she went to make sure I felt heard and cared for.

Other than the wait which was not horrible I had a great experience. My nurse was extremely nice and the nurse who drew my blood made the experience pleasant despite getting blood drawn being one of my biggest fears.

The receptionist who checked me in was an absolute doll! She was sweet and kind and truly was concerned about how I felt. Additionally, she took care of a regular who was extremely load with his boom box showing kindness and understanding but realizing other patients were not as understanding. I only wish I could remember her name!
