I was taken back for my rooming at my actual appointment time so I was seen late. At the end of my appointment I needed a shot and blood work done and I heard the MA whom roomed me complaining about how I needed it done out in the hallway. When she came in the room she was complaining how she wasn't even suppose to be at work any longer as her shift had ended much earlier and seemed irritated the entire time doing my immunization and blood work. I normally have no issues at my doctors office but this one MA wrecked my experience.

Dr. Polonchek was excellent! The doctor listened intently, knows my history, provided education and compassion, and was curious about any additional research I have heard of and asked to forward it. I trust Dr. Polonchek and I am grateful she is my primary care provider. Knowledgable, compassionate, and patient, new doctors would learn how to practice care optimally. The person who tried to draw my blood initially had to fish to no avail. Clearly they were not experienced. As soon as they called the other more experienced person, the experienced person drew 3 viles instantly without a problem.

The entire staff is friendly, professional , and care about their patients, they explain everything in layman terms!! They are the best!!

Dr. Kathleen Polonchek is the very best doctor that anybody could possibly have. She's compassionate, she's smart, she is all well-rounded, knows her stuff, very intelligent, but extremely, extremely nice and fuzzy. She gets a 10 for her performance as a doctor, and not only as a doctor, but as a friend. She is the very best doctor ever. Here's to you, Dr. Polonchek.

I just think healthcare is so crazy expensive but that is not a MaineGeneral fault, that is Americas healthcare system.

Dr. gave me some other ideas for controlling pain/stiffness.
