Matthew was a great listener, he also explained his reasons for the treatment I received. I was very impressed with the nurse who roomed me and took vitals. She was very efficient and caring. I was so happy I went, and was surprised by the short wait. Great team.

If there is an extended wait and registration knows about it, especially, maybe having an estimated wait time would be good, whether it's about 20 minutes, over 20 minutes, etc.

The whole staff was very professional. Other than the long wait, which was due to being busy, and not to their faults, I was very satisfied with diagnosis and help I received! I would recommend others to go there if asked! Thanks

We were seen promptly and treated with care and patience. The prescription was called in immediately and we were on our way.

Matt was very caring and understanding and took the time to explain what was going on and what I should do next.

When I came in, I was clearly, visibly not feeling well. And neither was my son. And Matt was able to, even though my lungs didn't sound bad at the time, was able to see there's something going on, had us get x-rays on our chest, and that's how we were able to determine we had pneumonia. Once we could get the proper medication, we began getting better. If he didn't think to do that, then we could have been sitting there for another few days getting worse and worse, and then all of a sudden getting admitted to the hospital or something. So I do appreciate that and the time he put into making sure each one of us was heard with our symptoms. Thanks. Take care.

The check-in staff was very concerned about not having anybody waiting any longer than absolutely necessary. They moved people right along and got people in. Matthew recognized me from a year ago and was very friendly, professional, and I would recommend him to anybody going in.

I went in with extreme pain in my left side Dr came in pushed a couple spots asked a question or two then said pulled muscle try medicated pads or Ice and sent me on my way no help with the pain

I did not have a long wait in the waiting room or to see a doctor. I was in and out fairly quick.

It was absolutely wonderful service. They were thoughtful. They listened to what I said. They looked at the situation and how it could be fixed, the place that they were treating me. It was a big scar that had long ago healed. They came up with a powder that has absolutely been miraculous. I tried other things before that didn't work as well, and the powder has been just taking away the redness and the pain. I think he did an absolutely wonderful job as everyone there does do. I really appreciate being able to go there. Thank you.

The rn on staff who molded my glass stint for my broken foot went above and beyond helping me. So generous and so kind. I wish I could remember her name but she made all the difference and calmed my anxiety.

Yes, could you get in touch with a dermatologist for me? I still haven't heard from him. My arm is hurting me. There's a piece that has to be cut out of my arm. So, I haven't heard from a dermatologist since, it's been quite a while since I've been. If you could get him to get in touch with a dermatologist and get me in there because it's really hurting. Thank you very much.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, however very concerned that there is no doctor on staff. Seems as though a MD or DO would have expertise that a nurse or PA might miss. Also, wondering why it costs so much if I'm not paying to see a doctor.

Good check in and prompt attention, nurse was friendly & competent. However the PA lacked expertise, competent knowledge & appropriate options for diagnosis & care, which is not the first time this has happened at that urgent care. It is frustrating & a waste of my time and I will not recommend to others!

A few days after my visit a close relative who is temporarily staying with us needed to visit express care. We of course brought her right to the Gardiner location. She was very pleased!!

Matt went above and beyond .... When computer was down and wouldn't print out after visit summary and instructions, he figured out a way to give me written instructions to take with me .He empathized and considered my anxiety and forgetfulness. Highly recommend this PA!

The nurse I worked with was amazing and everyone at the Gardiner urgent care was great. However, I wouldn't have needed to go there is the ENT department at MaineGeneral Augusta had known the Gardiner department couldn't deal with fixing nose bleeds (cauterizing of blood vessels). However the Augusta department sent me here and it now feels like they sent me to Gardiner just so they wouldn't need to deal with me.

I'd heard from friends about the Gardiner express care. All favorable. I decided to try it out. They were great. From entering the facility to leaving. Check in was a breeze. Nurse and PA were great as well. Matt talked to me at length and did a superb job checking me physically. Thank you
