I have never had to use the express care before. I didn't wait long at all and was seen right away. Very impressed.

The registration folks were so friendly and pleasant to deal with & from the rooming thru discharge the Express Care staff were efficient and matter of fact which is just what I like. Jay was a great listener to hear my issues, did an exam and then laid out his thoughts on plan of care for my issues. As always, great visit and my health was the most important topic of the visit which is why folks come to Express Care, thanks to all.

Covid variants are out there, they are real, I experience one that left me fighting off symptoms that produced "Walking Pneumonia". After 2 weeks of not being able to shake this stuff, a trip to Maine General Health brought about options for treatment with anti-biotics that took care of the problem within a 7 day period.

They addressed my UTI good, but they did not address my neck pain and did not help with my neck pain and I can't sleep and it's causing me a lot of problems. That was only a disappointment in the healthcare.

Everyone we encountered was absolutely wonderful. The front office workers were so kind to my son and gave him activities to do while he waited to be seen. The provider was very kind and had a great bedside manner. Very pleased

Our visit went very well and very fast. There was a mix up in where our prescriptions were sent, even after we were asked where to send them. Besides that everything was great.

It was nice that I didn't have to wait long .. I had a rash on my arm and hand and after the PA looked at it and went out to get the paperwork it was gone when he came back in so glad o didn't have to wait long for him to see it .. I have been taking the over the counter medicine since my visit and all good so far...

My experience at Express Care was very helpful. I am recovering well. Made a call to Express Care after 3 days and was advised well. They have always been very helpful and I certainly would advise my family and friends to go there if they need medical help.

Great experience

For the most part we have always had very good experiences there.

The Dr that saw me was very concerned. He put in a referral for a biopsy. He listened to what I was saying and didn't pretend that he knew it all. I felt confident that I was going to get the help that I need.

Express Care was very busy so I expected a very long wait. The staff, from check in to check out, were fast, efficient and caring! They all listened and helped me feel better. Great staff! I was so thankful for their help. I was amazed at how quickly they saw me.
