The only snag was the nurse who called me to tell me my lab order had been called in forgot to tell me to fast - since there was a lipid panel among the various tests, so I have to go back to the Thayer lab for that one.

I appreciate that you all act as though you want to help. You answer the phone or email, you call back (and quickly), and you listen. Not to mention giving well thought out medical advice. It's surprising how many "health care facilities" don't do any of this.

I couldn't get in to see my PCP, she's on sabbatical. I was able to get in with another doctor within just a few days.

This was a shared appointment so my expectations were different since the entire appointment was different than a normal appointment.

I like how my Care Team reached out to the Urgent Care that I went to get the records from my visit. Continuity of care is very important. The Urgent Care is not part of the MaineGeneral system.
