The registration people are getting better. A little less waiting to talk to someone though they still seem to talk to themselves more than the patients. The wait to see the doctor is a little shorter. So I do think it is getting better over what its been.

Gardiner Family Health has always been efficient, professional and attentive to my needs.

I had made an appointment to first see the doctor there and the appointment was set up for the day before my actual appointment was. And so I got there when they told me I was due to see the doctor and they told me I didn't have an appointment that day. So the gentleman who took my call needs to be more careful on setting up appointments because this was not easy for me to go back a second time since I have broken ribs and had to get somebody to take me. Wayne Heath is awesome!

Wayne Heath, and the health professionals are top notch. My experience in trying to contact the facility, Gardiner Family Health, has continued to be an area of frustration. I would not recommend this facility solely on the fact that it is generally easier to travel to the facility and walk in the door to speak with someone to set up an appointment, than to call. I like to play a game where I call the number, and then leave my office, which is 20 mins away, to race to see which is faster for a response. Each time I get in the door of the facility and am speaking with someone in person before the phone is answered. Maine General Health's inability to provide basic phone customer service has me looking to Penbay for their availability, which is unfortunate as I would need to take additional time off of work for appointments but it is what it is.

My appointment with Wayne Heath was great, but the practice should schedule blood work, mammograms, and all other required tests at the same time as the annual visit if the patient requests it, which I did. It shouldn't have to be up to the patient to track down the follow-up mammogram, colonoscopy, etc. Wayne was great.

I think the doctors are used to working in the clinic side as well as in the Gardner family side. Unfortunately, when I visit my doctor and Gardner family, I'm not visiting the clinic. I don't want a doctor who's got a clinic point of view who's trying to refer me to someplace else or take care of me quickly. I'm looking for my doctor to take his time and look at all my needs. It's not a 20-minute appointment, not ever when I schedule with Gardner family. Every time it should be an hour. Don't treat me like I'm going to the clinic because that's not where I'm going. Thank you.

It's been over a week since I've seen my doctor for severe back and arm pain and there's been no follow up. I just called back after several attempts to get help for severe pain and was told to go to the emergency room and good luck. I told them it's not just pain now it's now a mental issue because the pain is so bad, and it's been two weeks. I was told there are no appointments available now.

I saw Wayne Heath and he was excellent, I'm always hesitant when seeing someone new. He was easy to talk to, I felt confident.
