Always received good medical care from Sasha and/or an Urgent Care Physician since I started at Elmwood about 6 to 8 years ago before I was a patient but visited the Urgent Care a few times when I definitely needed medical attention.

My medical records seem to be incomplete.

Sasha at Elmwood is amazing as a practitioner

The facility is clean , everyone was helpful . It was nice to get my bloodwork done right there instead of over to the hospital. My PA took an interest in my health history and made sure my care is up to date . My bone density had been lagging so she scheduled it

The best thing about her is she listens to you. She doesn't talk at you. She actually listens and she cares and she does every single thing she possibly can to help us. So, yeah. I give her a 10 out of 10 and 5 stars.

Sasha is a great pcp. She has helped me with my issues and is easy to talk to.

My visit was overall fine. I feel that the nurse was more thorough than the PCP. The nurse took my vital signs and asked about my medications. The PCP never listened to my heart or lungs. She just went over records and recent test results.

My triage nurse very helpful, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to. My check up with Sasha was very enjoyable. We covered many pertinent issues, but mainly covered the problem of my wheelchair not being replaced yet by coastal med tech. Sasha was very concerned about this issue and said she would be contacting coastal med tech and would very much try to make sure that I got my new wheelchair. She also told me the name of the doctor who would be my permanent replacement.

I was able to get an appointment with Elmwood care, although not with my pcp, when I had an emergency. Sasha was knowledgeable, personable and explained what she planned on doing thoroughly.

My time with my provider felt like it was shorter than the time I waited in waiting room & provider to come to room. I did arrive less than 5 mins. late for 7:40am and didn't see provider until abit after 8am and I feels I was out of my appt. before 8:25am and scheduled for 20 mins.
