I continue to be thankful for Janet and the care she has given to me the past 4 years. It has been quite a journey as I lost my husband quickly to pancreatic cancer and I was diagnosed with cancer 5 days later. Janet oversaw my medical are and helped me to heal both physically and emotionally.

Janet Beardsley is one of the best providers I have ever had. She knows her patients. She's very caring. She also has a good support staff and the office there is always usually very nice. The only problem is the phone, but that's only because you've got so many people. So anyway.

My experience today was fine. The reason I would hesitate about recommending this health center is because there is no more urgent care, no more mammogram and no more bloodwork. Please consider bringing these back!

The reception team at checkout time was rather cool in demeanor but did what was needed. I showed up on time for my appointment, but still had to wait over 30 minutes to be taken into exam room.

It took quite a while to get in to see the sleep specialist. I am glad that my CPAP was still working and only had a broken hinge on the cover. I would have suffered without the CPAP for the month+ that it took me to get an appointment. I understand this is system-wide because I've had big delays in getting necessary testing for other issues.

I really like Dr Beardsley and the staff but my appointment was at 9:20 and didn't get to see the dr until 10:00.

Janet takes time to listen to me and answer my questions. I appreciate all of her help as I went through cancer 3 and a half years ago while also grieving the loss of my beloved husband to cancer. This all occurred during Covid which presented it's own challenges.

The care itself was very good. The reception staff were excellent. The only opportunity for improvement was that I arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment, only to be told it was running 45-60 minutes behind schedule. If someone would have called to let me know, I could have not lost the time at work. I understand schedules are not perfect, but you should be as respectful to the value of my time as you expect me to be of your's.
