I don't like to recommend facilities to other people. I feel this is a personal choice and many people rate doctors on bedside manner. I prefer to rate them on their individual skill, therefore I don't make a recommendation to a physician.

She is amazing. I was in horrible pain in my hip and leg. She found my sacrum bone was frozen and released it. I walked in with a cane. 2 days later I am returning to a normal walk. Life changing.

Dr. Batz and her staff are excellent. She comes in to an appointment prepared and has a warm caring personality. She is knowledgeable and included me in all discussions of my concerns. I have already told several people how lucky I feel to have her as my primary care physician!

Dr Batz is phenomenal. She truly genuinely cares and always goes above and beyond for my total overall care and well being. She has a wonderful bedside manner, is very funny and I have to admit she is the coolest Doctor I've ever had. I always leave her office better off mentally than I was going in. She's the best!!!!

When I met with Dr. Batz, she was the best and has been the best. She's very caring, concerned, and professional.

I love my primary care physician, I have some reservations about using such a large medical team, but mostly I have had positive results. I am grateful for the urgent care aspect of my medical team. I will not under any circumstances, including emergency care use Maine general, so Gardiner Family Practice and their affiliation is somewhat of an obstacle for me as far as using the portal which is not compatible with any other systems in the state, including those of my specialists .

Dr. Batz is very caring, listens to all my concerns,is very knowledgeable and gives me options for treatment. I feel at ease with her, and like her very much.

An overwhelming positive experience and excellent first appointment!

I showed up 8 min early for my appointment to check in, signed the pad for concent and sat down. After 40 min i went to the desk and asked how later the Dr was running and was told I was a "No Show"! One of the staff went out back and asked if I could be seen and apon her return was told they didnt have any openings that afternoon because I was a "No Show" She was rude and made it seem like it was my fault! It was not!! This is not the first time with front end registration issues. Another time I was told I didnt have an appointment when I indeed did. I had gotten my 3 calls, multiple texts and at least 1 email for the appointment that I checked yes I would be there. Again someone went out back and got it figured out that I did have an appointment and I sat down. This issue has to be figured out! Not only is it a waste of my time but it also is a waste of the Drs time. I love Dr Batz and her staff and really don't want to leave. If the front end issues conntinue I will have to think about it. I seem Dr Batz for OMT ie: back pain and she does a great job getting me some relief from it. I am a local and have heard several stories like mine about the front end lack of service. They are the first people we see when we arrive and are not feeling well, in pain, nervous or what ever and deserve much better!! Train your people to do a better job!

Dr. Batz is an amazing provider! I feel like I could talk to her all day! Her medical assistant is awesome as well!

Dr Batz is such a good listener and she is always attentive to my concerns. I truly respect her as my physician and as a friend.

I am a bit concerned about the sign in and sign out process asking personal information being discussed with several other patients nearby. It doesn't seem very confidential when being asked about my contact information etc. with several other patients signing in or checking out in the windows 3-4 feet away.
