The Loon Team is always fantastic, but Dr. Staring is such an amazing addition, and I was so happy to meet and work with her. She helped make me feel comfortable even though I was very anxious and explained everything very thoroughly.

I received great care from setting the appointment to check in and support from my MA. Dr. Staring is awesome!

The wait for someone to come into exam room to start vitals etc. is my only complaint. I waited approximately 20 minutes. Also the room was very cold which was uncomfortable as I didn't have a jacket.

The doctor I saw for the appointment was Katelyn Staring, who I had when she was a resident. She did a thorough exam and put through the proper referrals. I've been a patient at Dartmouth for a long time.

I saw a new Dr and although she was courteous and kind she was very inexperienced and there were no further tests ordered for an ongoing problem. The medical assistant however was extremely brash and not a people person. She was extremely loud when she talked and went about slamming doors.

I didn't feel like I was even listened to about what was going on and I did not get the things address that needed to be addressed so I have made another appointment to try it one more time

No bothered to listen to my heart or lungs. A physical is nit what they used to be.
