Very professional visit

I did not expect to be the quick reaction and quick care that I did receive, which was fast and very helpful and very considerate of me and my condition and feelings at the time. I highly recommend quick care in the future to friends and also myself. Thank you very much for the great service. I have nothing whatsoever to say that is bad.

The PA who took care of me is a very decent and caring person, who made sure that I was well taken care of.I was very happy with the care that I received.

It was nice that there was a female caregiver there as I am very uncomfortable with males due to past experiences. She was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with her. I would see her again if need be.

Kara listened carefully to my medical complaint and wrote a prescription for an appropriate medication. Highly recommended - better than most of the Maine General Health doctors that I deal with.

The team at Express Care in Augusta was very professional and helpful. The only thing that was a disappointment was the fact that there was no x-ray available. I had to go the ER anyway.

I was brought right in by a RN. No waiting, place was empty. She was kind, helpful, nice. I then waited over 45min for a provider. No one came. My pharmacy was closing. I walked into hallway to find someone. Finally a provider came out of another room. I said I'd been waiting about an hour in that room hadn't seen anyone and I wanted to leave i was tired i was wheezing and it hurt to breathe. She said she'd find someone and go back in the room. A provider came in asking same questions as RN only faster. I was wheezing more, exhausted. I said I'd waited an hour, my pharmacy closed, I was tired, just give me a Z-pack and I'd go home. She listened to my chest. Opened the door to leave, in the doorway she said she'd give me the Rx, said they were very busy. I didn't even see her 5min.

Fast, efficient service from start to finish! The lady that checked me in was very personable.

They have always been excellent at the express care. I would and do highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you for all you do!
