When I checked in, there was a long line. It took 10 minutes for me to check in. There were only two women working. But Jordan Beall was excellent, very thorough, asked me questions, very attentive. She spent time with me and was not rushing. And I greatly appreciated that. I felt that she heard me and was concerned.

The nurse practitioner was engaging and thorough. She wasn't my provider but made every effort to connect with me and my needs.

I am grateful Jordan Beall is my PCP! Her knowledge and bed side manner helps ease my anxiety when I go to the doctor's office. She is the longest and best pcp I have ever had in 30 plus years. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Jordan is amazing! She took the time to listen and discuss my health and treatment options. She is approachable, intelligent, and provided me with quality care and a referral for the right specialist for me. So glad Dr Jordan is in Maine!

Jordan Beall is the best doctor that I've ever had. It always feels like she listens to me. I always appreciate that. That can be hard pressed in how many appointments somebody has in a day, and it always seems like she remembers me. If she doesn't, she does a great job making it seem like she does. She's phenomenal, and the rest of the care staff is always really lovely, too.

The checkout people should stop discussing upsets about work when patients are checking out and do their jobs. Talking poorly about staff and the facility in front of patients and making them wait instead of ending your conversation is very unprofessional

Jordan Beall is a wonderful practitioner. She is very friendly, thorough, respectful, caring, patient, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and listens carefully. She takes time to explain things in easy to understand terms. If she thinks ordering an image or test requested by the patient is premature, she carefully explains why and future options. I am very grateful to be her patient.
