I have always received great care at the urgent care center in Gardiner and so have my family.

I had a very, very good experience there. Everyone was very, very nice, from the receptionist to the girl that took me into the room to get me ready to see Allyson and with Allyson. It was a very, very good experience, and I would recommend it to anyone, anytime. Thank you.

My experience at Gartner Express Care was wonderful. The sign-in folks were very helpful and Allyson was wonderful. Actually, the girl that came in and took my blood pressure and all that was good, too. But Allyson is extremely, extremely professional and knows what she's doing. Thank you.

This is my fourth visit over the years to Maine General Express Care, and I have always been completely satisfied with the care and attention that I got from the staff, from the receptionist who signed me in to any of the providers that I have met with. So I always felt that things were explained very clearly to me. I got good information, my questions were answered, and they were very courteous and kind. So I would recommend Maine General Express Care to anyone in the area. Thank you very much for all you do.

The kindness and professionalism was a wonderful experience along with a short waiting time. I've been to the Care Center twice and both times I was listened to and got good feed back from the nurses and Doctors. I actually have shared with family and friends that it's definitely the place to go!

My experience was exceptional, the receptionist was very nice, and my provider took the time to explain things in layman's terms witch was very appreciated and should take place more often in the medical field.

Great customer service

Allyson was amazing! I so appreciated her compassion and care.

I was seen promptly, which is good. I was not heard, which is not good. My problem was addressed as a sore throat. My problem was actually a sharp, pinpointed pain in my throat, which felt like an obstruction.

I don't know what I would do without this place I don't have insurance so this is always my go-to place if we didn't have this I'd be in a whole lot of trouble medically so thank you for having this place has been a godsend for me that's for sure and the staff is wonderful

The provider was absolutely wonderful. My son is autistic so the transitions where hard for him we got brought to the triage room then sent back to the waiting room and then to the patient room. That's very challenging for a child with autism. We were there for about two hours but the provider was so patient and kind to us even when my little one was very upset.

The med tech who first came in and took blood pressure was somewhat discouraging for me to get a COVID test, even though I had mentioned a family member had recently had COVID. The person was eager to do a strep throat test. The concern was because I was now going to have to pay for a COVID test, that COVID tests were no longer free and I might want to do one from, take a test from Walgreens myself. But COVID is still rampant out there. I had COVID. I know many people this winter who've had COVID. So do not discourage people from getting COVID tests at Elmwood Primary Care or the Express Clinic. We come there because we're sick and we want you to make sure we get the proper tests. The person who treated me was ultimately excellent.

Everyone that I had contact with was very pleasant and friendly. What a wonderful staff. And the name Express Care is spot on. Fast and easy process.

Yeah, I would just like to say that the caretaker that, or the PA that took care of me was wonderful, but I did have a problem with checkout. It was very, very confusing, and I can't even go into it because it had something to do, I had to make a decision to either go there, or not go. It was very confusing, but aside from that I was very, I was content with what, was it Dr. Eller, or PA Eller? Allyson Eller. Yeah, I, yes, I was very pleased with, as a matter of fact I feel better from her treatment. Thank you. That it? Well, never mind.

Very professional and very easy to understand all the information pretending to my problem.

The doctor gave me a great after visit summary in addition to complete and helpful advice during the visit. The Gardiner walk in is my favorite MaineGen location.

The nurse was great and because of a little glitch removing stitches, she had to get the Dr to come look. The doctor did remove the stitches and she was an absolute delight.

Allyson Eller, PA-C was EXCELLENT! Great teaching of information related to my reason for being there. She had some humor mixed in with her teaching and information. She is a true asset to your provider team at Maine General!! Great job!!

Did not appreciate having to wait in an exam room for an hour for the PAC to come in and then wait until 15 minutes in that room for discharge after seeing the PAC. Wait time was crazy for an "express care"

I was there as a walk in and got checked in and seen very quickly. My providers were friendly, thorough, efficient and I felt confident with my care. I would go back and recommend.

The medical assistant was wonderful, the PA was the worst provider I've ever seen! Rude and rough...I will NEVER see her again!!!

I visited MG Augusta express care and the registrar was really kind and got me checked in quickly. I didn't have to wait long to be seen by Allyson. She was the first practitioner I've ever seen that actually listened to my symptoms and concerns and took time to answer all of my questions without making the visit feel rushed through like I've experienced with other doctors. I really appreciated that she called me with my results. I felt that she went above and beyond. If I ever have to visit express care again I would request her!

They were very rushed and walked very fast for me. I have lung cancer walking that fast was difficult. They should be a little more considerate.

Thank you for taking the time with my son and myself. The staff especially your Medical Assistant she went above making sure my son had a engaging medical experience. We even got a call later in the day to follow up with his needs of comfort to ensure he was not missing a light up band he left behind. Even though it was not a comfort item I was very grateful for the thought and time she gave. I also thank the folks on calling myself back to ensure my symptoms resolve later in the week were courteous and helpful. With clear directions to call or be seen sooner if my symptoms reappear, while letting me know I had an upcoming appointment with my provider later in the month. Thank you

My care provider was so amazing! And I felt so cared for not just physically but empatheticly as well. I was in a lot of pain and everyone was so gentle and understanding.
