This was my first visit, so as a new patient it took a long time to get an appointment. The staff would not have known my health history which is why I answered that question as no. Overall, I was very impressed with the entire process and the professionalism of all the staff that I came in contact with at the Oakland office.

The front office staff allocated an old Workers' Comp insurance policy along with my personal insurance for an annual physical. Luckily, I had blood drawn the next day and the registrar caught it. Perhaps some more insurance education is needed? Otherwise, they all did a fantastic job! Thank you!

I had blood work done for this annual checkup, but some was missed, and the results were never discussed.

Dr Rob listen to my concerns and helped me to decide the right treatment planned for me.

My provider was not there. I received a call saying she would not be in that day and I was unfamiliar with the provider who saw me. He was knowledgeable and attentive and I felt he was helpful, but I prefer to see the person with whom I made the appointment. I was satisfied with the results.

I was a little leary about seeing a new Dr/PA that I had never seen before but Dr Cianfarano was wonderful. He addressed my concerns about my past ER visits for my spinal fractures, which were very distressing. He was very thorough. I was impressed that he also followed up on my concerns about which medication was best for my osteoporosis.

My doctor wasn't available I had another doctor

Staff need to be instructed as to how to access records from Togus. We veterans have the option of whether to allow outside access to these records from health care professionals. This option has been in effect for several years. I have yet to go to an appointment where the PCP has Togus records even though I have opted to allow it to have them to have it

My first appointment with Rob Cianfarano was very productive. He was attentive to my questions concerning my health issues.

This was my first visit to this practice and I'm completely looking forward to trusting them with my medical care

Oakland Family Medicine is really great with their people. They're compassionate and respectful as soon as they walk in the door. They have great communication. Probably one of the best doctor's offices that I've been to in the state of Maine and the longest that I've been at because of their compassion in what they do. Robert Cianfarano, he takes his time with patients, even if he has to go over a little bit. He listens, gives input, and takes people's care very seriously. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

I would like to say how nice it was to see Rob for he listened to me. The most important thing was he made me feel very comfortable and at the older age that means so much in life. You have to have that trust you will be taken care of and I got that. I ask if he would take me on as his patient for it would mean so much to me. I pray he will.

I had a nurse practitioner student participate in my visit. She was very knowledgeable and personable. Everyone that I had contact with was very professional and friendly. I was extremely satisfied with my visit.

Met P.A. trainee to start with and I was so impressed with her. She was very easy to talk to and answered relevant questions. Cannot recall her name but she put me thru all the necessary steps as a Dr. would. PA Cianfarano arrived and completed my annual physical which went great. Thanks.

The team was able to get me in much more quickly than I expected. The reception staff really put effort into helping me get in ASAP. This was my first visit with Rob, and he was very kind and made me feel welcome. He had a student observing. Overall, the care team was great. Organized, kind, really a team, which is always wonderful to see.

I received a call about some blood work I had done. They left a message to call them back. I called them at 4 different times of the day and could not get a hold of the person who left the message. So now I've gone a whole day with no results because no contact was made. Very frustrating
