Very nervous about visit, but everyone put me at ease. No one made me feel like I had to answer every question correctly or I'd be diagnosed with dementia. All were encouraging.

I was nervous about this appointment. Everyone was extremely kind. They were very informative and put me at ease. My son, who was with me, thought they were wonderful. He is very impressed with my doctors in the Maine General system. Thank you so much.

This was the first appointment which was rather intense. The care manager will meet with us again soon. The report we received at the end of the visit was very general in nature and we would like more detailed information about the specifics of the diagnosis and care options going forward. We may be offered this information at the next visit with the care manager.

Everyone was very friendly. I felt very comfortable and cared about. Dr. smith is absolutely wonderful. She was caring and direct. She was kind but did not sugar coat anything. I respect that so much. I feel like I'm in good hands.

I have received excellent care from the staff. I am sorely sorry to see the program closed to geriatric clients without dementia and home care needs. My experience has been that many doctors are sadly lacking in treating the special needs related to the elderly.
