I just wanted to mention how impressed I was with Alicia Sanborn. She was an incredible provider, was very caring. I've never met her before. She took the time to go through my record and she really stressed that if there was anything that changed, to call her or my primary care provider or go to the ER if I needed to. She explained all the tests that I might have if I needed them, if I got worse. She was just so very thorough and so very kind. Everybody was, but especially Alicia. Thank you.

I arrived with a very serious urinary infection. Registration got me in very quickly. I was seen and taken care of very kindly. And Alicia was prompt and thorough and just delightful. She's a very nice practitioner and I certainly recommend the care of the Express Care to all of my friends. Thank you.

Fabulous provider!

The nurses and doctor were amazing. I have a lot of anxiety around doctors and they all listened to my concerns and were so kind and compassionate towards me. It put me at ease and made me feel better about coming to get help when I need it again.

I have already recommended this express care to my familyand friends! Way better than the family practice office there.. I can never get my son in when he has an ear infection to see his PCP at GFM. I know the express care is right there and very helpful and caring and very fast service!!

I really appreciated that they got me in quickly and that the doctor showed care and diligence in trying to figure out the best solution for me, even calling me back later to suggest that I actually get a referral to a specialist. So, I appreciate that very much. Thank you.

Upon checkout, it was unclear how billing would be processed as a self pay patient; the staff was unable to provide me with a bill at that time.

There was a lot of people they want as fast as they could and I think they did a good job

It's nice to have this type of heath care facility available.

The receptionist was lovely and helpful. The nursing staff and PAC were also wonderful. The wait time was unacceptable, as we were at the facility for more than an hour and only with a provider for 5 minutes of that.

I am just so thankful that Drs and nurses are there to help us no matter what. They are very patient and kind. God bless them all.

The PA was professional, caring. She mimicked me wearing a mask and washed her hands. She got tylenol for me and arranged for a wheel chair to x ray because I was in pain even though i could walk, it was a distance.

All people, I talked to an interacted with were very good and patient as I am older.

I thought the staff did really well and they alleviated doubts and concerns, addressed on top of what they should be doing.

The lady that treated me was excellent! She wasn't looking at her computer the whole time. I felt like she was listening to me!

Had a very nurse that took my vitals and Ms Sanborn listened to me all the process She got me an urologist that I have been wanting to go to for along time with my many UTIs

The PA was very nice but was concerned I was having a heart issue due to the left arm pain, even though I told her this has happened before and it was frozen shoulder. She wanted me to go to the ER in case I was having a heart attack. The ER said I definitely was not and did x rays which showed frozen shoulder. I appreciate the concern but I sat in the Er for 10 hours and never saw a doctor

The wait time of 4hrs in the waiting room was tough with a child. Plus the added wait time in the room for a total of 6hrs without anything to eat or drink.

The staff was wonderful! So appreciated that they were there. We left there at 5:30 PM on a holiday. Their treatment for me latest only several hours before I was admitted to the hospital on an emergency basis.

I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Sanborn, Dr. Sanborn. I went in for a wound on my nose and it happened to be a bite mark on my severely disabled daughter and she was very understanding, very compassionate. It was a very pleasant visit and I'd like to thank her for really taking good care of me, not only physically but my mental health at the time too. So Alicia Sanborn, you did a wonderful job and thank you for treating me so kindly.

Start to finish could not have been better. NP Sanborn was excellent, as was nurse and secretary!

My visit was prompt and professional. I was treated respectfully and felt as though my concerns were heard. One slight concern was that one medication listed in my history remained on my discharge list even though I told the nurse I no longer took the medication, as well as share a current list of meds I carry with me.

My family has had two visits to Gardiner's Urgent Care in the last couple of weeks and both times I've left there so thankful to have this service in my community. The facility is spotless clean, everyone is so kind, and we've been in and out both times in under 45 minutes.

I was shocked at how I was seen so quickly. The staff was amazing and the facility is beautiful and fully equipped. It's wonderful to have a healthcare facility that does all that you do so close by.

Excellent service. My provider was excellent. I have no complaints. I always come to this facility or a Main General Urgent Care. And I always recommend it to everyone because it is world's better than the competition. It's world's better than the commercial service and everyone should go here.
