I was very skeptical about going to Express Care. It was a new experience. They were very professional and I would not hesitate to go there again which I might need to as I'm not sure I'm over this lung infection. I was in and out in a timely manner considering how very busy it was. Nichole Lyford was very thorough and I was thankful I went. Hoping another day will see improvement!

Excellent experience

Despite computer issues on this day, everyone was kind and helpful. I was very impressed with the professionalism through what I can only imagine was a stressful situation. Thank you for your expertise.

The staff & PA are very kind and listen to you Not much of a wait after registering.

Everyone was attentive and thorough and I was impressed with the speed as it seemed everyone in Waterville was sick. It did take a little over 2 hours but I was prepared. So good visit, not much improvement yet but it has only been 3 days.

That receptionist checking in was absolutely wonderful got me set up with a new pcp and was just great! Nursing staff and NP was also great!

The nurse practitioner was very attentive and listened to my questions answering all my questions and giving me a better understanding of what I needed to get better .

The doctor I saw was very professional, caring, and patient as I explained my health concerns. He asked clarifying questions and explained the examination process step by step. I was given written information and had all my questions answered completely. They gave me all the time I felt this visit needed. This office always cares about my physical and emotional health. It is good to be seen and listened to!

Nichole Lyford was extremely helpful and knew exactly what was going on. Was able to prescribe the correct medicine to literally make me feel better within an hour. So, very very appreciative.

Having an appointment is a must..otherwise you'll have quite a wait to be seen..
