Yes, I felt the receptionist that handled my intake was particularly disturbing. He or she just clearly has some mental incapacities and made me feel very uncomfortable. Thank you.

I'm super, super impressed with Dr. Crowley. You know, we've established quite a relationship over the last couple of years and hopefully another baby. We'll be back to Kennebec Peds again. But really appreciate everything you guys have done for us. All right. Thank you.

I was disappointed that only my sons right long was listened to even though I brought him in for a cough. The front also made an apt for 415 and I showed and we were not on the schedule. Luckily there was a cancellation and they were able to get us in.

Dr Crowley created a very calm, soothing environment so that we could discuss what was going on without talking over the crying. My daughter recently has become very outwardly afraid of being at the doctors but Dr Crowley was able to speak gently and get her to a place where she felt relaxed and safe. For it being the third visit in a week thanks to strep she made it very easy!

Dr. Crowley did an excellent job and so did all her staff. Bye.

Very easy to get an appointment, office was clean, child friendly, staff was all very friendly and great with the kids. Looking forward to continuing care here

I was unaware of the new call in hours for same day appointments for sick kiddos. I called at 8 and was fortunate enough to get an 8:30 spot but I would have called earlier had I known calls start at 7:30 now. A notification when that change happened or a reminder would have been appreciated.

It was not good staff don't seem to care

They were willing to see our third child too even though he wasn't reporting the symptoms his brother and sister had. Good thing he was seen!

My feed back at this point is the medical staff is excellent. The office staff I've definitely had some frustrations with getting phone calls answered phone calls back things like that.
