His bedside manner could use a little work. He came off as in a hurry and a little snappy. I had to go to my own doctor a few days later because the medication he gave me wasn't working.

Overall, it was a great visit. It was our first time there. We were impressed with the cleanliness, with the staff greeting us when we first came in the door, and with the medical professionals. We'll definitely be back when needed.

I had cut the tip of my finger and part of my fingernail. The Dr. had to use bandaid glue to fix my finger. I asked if he had a finger guard..went to look...no finger guard...brought back a package of gauze and said push it up inside...needed tape to secure the gauze...no tape....I thought to myself what is going on...no guard no tape....thought I was at a hospital facility....how does this happen

I found him to be condescending and combative and arrogant. I did not enjoy the experience. I felt like I had to defend myself and why I was thinking and saying what I was saying. And I left thinking I really hope I don't have to see someone again with that type of bedside manner. That was my experience.

Nursing staff made us feel like she may have better things to do. In the past they have been attentive, caring, compassionate, professional, and showed genuine concern for my complaint. Not so much this time.

The nurse and Dr. seemed very confident in what they were doing for blood tests and the Dr. was taking precautions with what treatment was prescribed. I felt in safe hands!

I loved the efficiency demonstrated at all levels of the operation. Everyone was so thoughtful and helpful. Kai was wonderful, he just called me for follow-up and explained what to do if the area had not improved. Very professional operation!

Absolutely phenomenal service. I can't expect anything more from the healthcare industry. I even got a follow-up phone call later that evening as well as the next day to make sure that I understood everything correctly and you can't ask for anything more than a healthcare professional to follow up with you the next day just to make sure that everything's okay. I'm wondering if Maine General has a not at the top of patients' records clearly stating they Alzheimer's. Intake nurses need this information upfront before they start asking patients with Alzheimer's questions they cannot accurately answer.

I found this service, particularly the doctor, very helpful. He answered all my questions and actually helped me calm down my unreasonable fears when he explained things about my health. And I was actually very surprised when he called me a few days later to see how I was doing, and this is kind of a rare thing. I really was like I left feeling much better than when I came in, because a lot of like I had a lot of worries about my enlarged lymph node, and the doctor helped me understand a lot of things about it, so it was great. I am very happy. Thank you very much, and thank you for the care. Bye-bye.

Everyone except dr Cheng was famous. He wasn't a great listener, and would ask another question before I could answer the first. I am a sr. And I politely told him what works best for me but he went in a total different direction.

Dr. Cheng was extremely professional, explained everything extremely well. He gave me a nice follow-up call this afternoon, which I really appreciated. Also, unfortunately, I did not catch my nurse's name, but she was extremely caring and did everything she could do to make me more comfortable when I was really sick. So, I had a great experience, and thank you guys.

The attending physician was thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what and why he was following a certain protocol. What he did took care of my immediate pain and what he prescribed has kept my pain under control until l can meet with my new PCP.

I was very pleased with the comfortable pace with which the provider performed the exam and explained his diagnosis and plan for treatment. He also took the time to explain why my diagnosis is common based on my age. This was very appreciated.

In cases like mine (strep) it would have been nice if there had been some instruction whether or not a person should avoid going to work (infecting others) and provide a note if necessary. Also, if patient repeats what a family member or friend (that works in healthcare) says, please do not discount it. It's clear after my experience, my family member knows more than the person who "treated" me. Not cool.

I was very impressed with the competence, compassion, and focused listening of the medical staff. Effective care needs all of these qualities and I appreciated that our small clinic in Gardiner had the quality of people to provide it.
