Health care team are excellent

This was anew patient visist so wenjad to go over medical history. That question should have be not applicable. Other than that very happy woth my new primary care provider. Better tham I had at Northem Lights.

I was sad my dr had left and was apprehensive to see a new dr but she was knowledgeable and had researched my chart. Everyone in the office is so nice and really drive to make everyone feel comfortable. The dr Respected my beliefs and had a great bedside manner.

I had an injury that needed aggressive treatment due to time constraints. The staff was fantastic, stayed on top of all of it, bent over backward to fit me in, etc. Top notch team! I was in the best care! It was a fantastic experience dealing with a miserable injury because I felt supported every step of the way.

Meghan is awesome. I've seen her twice for two embarrassing issues and she makes me feel as comfortable as possible.

Meghan and the team at Express Care were excellent. Meghan was thorough in her assessment of my illness and explained comfort measures I could do at home to feel better. She went above and beyond when she followed up with me a few days later through the portal to check on how I was feeling and let me know my strep test had come back negative. MaineGeneral is lucky to have such a kind and caring PA like Meghan on the team!

Yeah. I've been ... I've been after this spider bite for two and a half years. I do believe that Meghan knows what she's talking about. She gave me some cream, which seemed to heal the bad parts that's going on right now, but I still believe it's a ... it's a deeper problem and I should be sent to a dermatologist or a toxicology place. That's it. Otherwise than that, they did a great job. The stuff she gave me seems to be working better than the last two times I've been in. It didn't work at all. Thank you.

Meghan is wonderful and I am so happy to have her as my PCP. My latest appointment was late in the afternoon afternoon after some staff had left. The MA did say she was bouncing from providers. I accept that. I feel totally confident with Meghan.
