I was seen very promptly for my appointment. Staff was very pleasant and considerate.

It would be better if you would allow providers to schedule the pre-op visit same day as the operation. Both times, the doctor took 5 seconds to examine my neck and say it looks fine. But I had to come back for the procedure, waste of my time.

I think that the appointment went very well. I really liked the provider. She was wonderful to work with. She kept me in the loop every step of the way and just was very personable and lovely. Thank you.

The np that took my biopsy was great

I was scheduled for dermatology to get my moles looked at, but then I got rescheduled into general surgery as apposed to dermatology, after waiting a few months for an appointment. I called and double checked to make sure that I could get my moles looked at in this department and was assured this department could do it, however, upon getting there, the doctor told me that they don't look at moles there and just referred me to another doctor. It's obviously not the doctors fault for me being rescheduled in her department, but I shouldn't have been scheduled in general surgery in the first place if they don't practice the work that was being requested. I had to wait three months, leave work early, drive an hour, and pay a co-pay just to be told "that's not my job" essentially. So that is kind of frustrating.

What a wonderful hospital with highly trained and compassionate staff. Thank you again.

Julie was very good and she let me know every step of everything she was doing, what I would anticipate to feel, which I really truly appreciate being let know exactly step by step what she was doing, how long things would take to come back for the results, and all that. So she was really great.

Both Julie and the MD have been wonderful. This surgery came after months of careful consideration and they were both available to answer all my questions and those my husband also had. They were calm, pleasant, and gave me the courage to see this through. Compassionate after-care made a world of difference as well. I can't thank them enough!

It would have been a little bit easier to find where plastic surgery was when I got to the hospital. It was a little hard to find. I accidentally found it, actually. It might be improved by getting your way around the hospital a little bit better. But overall, it was a good experience with the doctor. She was great.

The entire staff in this office is remarkable! Their knowledge and expertise make putting your health and well-being in their hands very comforting.

There certainly aren't enough doctors in the area to accommodate the patients in a timely fashion.

You could do better with post surgical supplies

I greatly appreciated Dr Cummings friendliness and the way she took time to answered my questions ... I was very nervous going to this appointment, but her and the rest of her staff made my appointment so much easier for me. If I need future care I definitely will be asking to see Julie Cummings again.

Struggled to get thru on the phone system on the day before my follow up procedure.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I was very nervous and but made to feel at ease. Everything was explained simply amd easily amd all my questions were answered. The docs and nurses were the best I've seen and they offered so much care and support through my surgery. I am very pleased with the outcome

The best thing about my experience at the hospital, aside from my outstanding surgical results was the culture of the office and in fact, the culture of the entire hospital. I felt everyone I bumped into wanted to be there, was happy to be there, was happy to serve their patients in any way they could. There was just a warmth there and a concern and a kindness. People took a great deal of time with me, which isn't always the case. I can't say enough good things. I'm a little unprepared right now and Julie in particular was just a joy. She spoke to my husband and me at length, very professional.
