Stephanie listened to me and made me feel validated as a mother. She was incredibly kind to me and kept my son entertained during her exam. If we ever have to go back, I hope she's the provider we see.

They were super fast in getting her in. They were super informative about the entire situation. And they were super helpful when it came to trying to find a pharmacy near me since I was from out of the area.

It was perfect for my needs. I would go again if I needed to.

Staff was friendly and professional and my nurse and primary care asked questions and took the test necessary for the diagnosis (UTI). Medication was prescribed and the problem resolved.

The doctor and both nurses were very kind, helpful, and genuine. I wish I could remember their names! I'd recommend a raise for all.

The whole experience at express care was amazing and comforting.

I especially appreciated how every staff member communicated to me the estimated wait time until the next person would help me and what to do if I needed their help in the meantime. This was a nice touch and very impressive communication. The team should be rewarded! Also, the NP told me that it's important to listen to me as the parent because I know my kid best - this was wonderful and greatly appreciated.

They helped a great deal, I had two problems that I needed looked at.

I received extremely good care at Express Care. I was seen the previous night at Maine General Emergency Department where I ended up leaving because I was there for numerous hours without being seen by anybody. So I do appreciate that I was seen and taken care of promptly at Express Care.

I felt comfortable throughout.

The Express Care is close and a good facility; however, I feel as though the doctors follow a rule vs. taking into account the individual patient's symptoms, e.g., don't prescribe antibiotics until. someone has been sick two weeks even if they have had symptoms for a week prior to coming in.

I have been to Express Care a number of times. Every time I've gone I have felt heard and have been very happy with the care that I received. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

So I went and saw you guys last week, I believe I came into the urgent care and I got a COVID test and a strep throat test. I popped up negative for both and the conclusion was that I probably had some sort of other virus similar to COVID or the flu. I liked my experience for the most part. The only thing that I kind of didn't like was that I wasn't really, I was asking for direction on what I should do like to take care of myself and all I was really given for an answer was to just get some rest. I guess maybe if you guys could elaborate a little bit more on, you know, giving some direction on how to take care of yourself in a situation like that, I guess that could help out a little bit. But other than that, you guys did great. And yeah, I appreciate the service that I get from you guys every time. All right, you have a good rest of your day. Bye.

doctors didn't care at all. the nurse wasn't even going to have the doctor come see me. basically told me they couldn't do anything for me and to go see my primary care but i can't get in until the end of the months... not impressed at all

I had a better then expected, wait time was within reason, nurse, checking vitals as well as Stephanie I felt they all had my best interest at hand. Provided me how to treat myself at home. I don't remember if I was told if I don't get better follow on treatment. X-rays were provided, after leaving the facility, i was notified with results. I would say it was the best experience I could of had.

The team was very friendly and treated me with respect. Fortunately, I arrived at a time when it wasn't too busy. Because it was getting close to 5 p.m., they were able to get me into x-ray so I didn't have to make the extra trip to the hospital.

Got in super quick, was able to get an antibiotic and start feeling better when my doctor office was closed. Highly recommend!

My provider Stephanie was amazing. Very understanding and informitable.

You could greatly improve your system by having somebody answer the phone sooner than being on hold for 45 minutes waiting to schedule an appointment.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The front desk staff, MA and provider all answered questions. I am new to the area and am always nervous about new walk ins/provider care but had a very good experience here and will return if needed.

I felt really respected and I was in pretty bad shape. I broke my wrist and when I came in I was treated kindly and professionally and then when I went back for my back x-rays at the urgent care place, she was wonderful and I followed up with my other doctor after that and I'm very happy with the experience so I recommend it to anybody. She was very reassuring, making sure I was okay after a car accident and telling me what to expect and what was normal. I really appreciated her also telling me what to look out for after going home.

Because of the Opioid epidemic I always feel it necessary to follow my mention of pain with "I'm not here to get drugs." This seems to put the room at ease.

I would like to say it was a pleasant experience overall. I've been into walk in care many times over the years and I've waited for extended periods of time. I know sometimes it's like drawing from a hat. You just never really know what you're going to walk into. But when I came in to be seen for my kneecap, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and within 10 minutes they had me out back and was taking my blood pressure and, you know, just going above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met. So thank you for the great service.

Everyone I met from the receptionist to the woman who weighed me, and took my blood pressure, to Stephanie the caregiver, the other caregiver, everybody was just really nice. The staff was very professional

The practitioner was fine. The nurse who put on a splint was not . The splint was way too big for my finger and came 3/4 of the way down my palm. My finger kept slipping off of the splint. I indicated it was too big and was told there were no smaller ones. I was not aware there was a walk-in orthopedic clinic in the same building. I ended up having to go to a different urgent care to have the injury addressed. So no I would not go back for services
