Dr. Hamzavi could not be any better than he was. He's amazing. Even though I get bad results, not his fault, nothing to do with him, he is amazing.

the newest hires need to be better trained on the equipment. the assistant I had, had a hard time working the eye scanner. she kept moving it when she needed to let it stop and scan.

I really like my eye doctor. I feel very confident that he will take good care of my eye sight.

Waiting 45 minutes for start of an app't was a little much. First person to do procedure didn't know how to run machine.

Hi. Yes, it was a very pleasant appointment. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. My meeting with the doctor was very good. It was relaxed. I didn't feel rushed like most doctor's appointments. I was very impressed with the doctor. I went expecting just to have a consultation as to why I had floaters and I ended up having laser surgery the same afternoon. And the staff was great. They were fast, responsive, and it was a very good experience and I'd recommend the doctor and his team to anybody who needs assistance with their eyes.

My mom was there for almost two hours which is not typical. I'm unsure why the wait was so long. I hope in the future that it isn't that long for her.

I'm a new patient at the practice after my last local MD retired. Dr. Hamzavi is taking the time to get to know me was a patient (through reviewing my records and conversation). I'm glad I've switched to this practice.

The only complaint I would have is that you've got two different facilities calling to confirm an appointment. Interestingly enough, neither of the two facilities are in communication with each other. Had they been, I probably would not have received as many phone calls reminding me that I have an appointment or if I was going to make the appointment. I understand there was a facility itself where the eye doctor was and then there's the main general eye center. That's redundant. It's too many phone calls. If anything, if you have a facility that is part of the main general system, just allow the facility to make the phone call.

I specifically asked the doctor to give me a print out of the visit summary so I'd have the information. He told me to just look on the app. I looked on the app and the information is no where to be found. So now I have no idea what information I need to know. The woman I saw before him (a nurse? Idk what her job is. She's the one who did all my testing) was incredibly kind and helpful. Out of the 2 hour appointment, I spent an hour and a half with her. Maybe 10 minutes with the doctor who didn't seem to care much about me. Oh well.

I had an urgent issue that needed to be dealt with. I had never been seen in the office before. I was truly impressed with how quickly they got me in. Dr. Hamzavi was wonderful and went above and beyond my expectations for my care. His medical assistant was sweet and kind as well. Thank you!

A great group of people!!

I was really, really impressed on how the entire staff, including the doctor, kept me informed of every procedure that we were doing and actually gave me a heads up on the next procedure that was happening and asked questions before they proceeded with that particular procedure.

They had me waiting for longer than it usually takes after numbing my eye some. It felt like they forgot me.

I had to be seen as an emergency and all the staff was great and the doctor is a great doctor

From checking in to being escorted to the exam rooms and the treatment before and after the doctor came in was exceptional. Dr Hamzavi took time to explain, show me pictures of my eye that have been taken. Everything was exceptional. I will recommend him and the office highly. I have no complaints whatsoever again. Everything was exceptional.

This was my third visit. I am very please with the care I am receiving .

The doctor was at times almost rude but than would be okay. He expected us to know information that we were not prepared to have to provide.

They did not check my vision and I left with no updated prescription. Not good.

I was not pleased with the way it went this time. I like Dr. Hamzavi, but he didn't have any helpers. He did everything himself, and I was definitely not pleased with how it turned out. And it's always been pretty good, but not this time. I was very disappointed. Thank you very much. He was overworked. He had no assistance. He was doing everything himself, and I was not pleased. The staff member that performed the various vision tests then prepped me for the eye exam was very efficient, professional and pleasant. Dr. Hamzavi was excellent and gentle during the examination, explained thoroughly and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. I am very pleased with the services performed.

Dr. Hamzavi is an outstanding doctor. He explained everything he is doing and why during my examination. He is very polite, such as asking if I had any objection to having a student physician present during the exam. I would also like to compliment his technician. I cannot compliment her enough on her knowledge, personality and professionalism! She is so positive and outgoing, makes one feel so comfortable and confident that she and the doctors are taking the absolute best care of their patients. I've been doing to this Dr. for. almost 6 years and he and his team have always been top notch. I'm only leaving for another Dr. because it's much closer to my home and saves me 2 hours of driving time. You have a great team and staff! Thank you all for helping me keep my eye sight.

Excellent care from both Dr. Hamzavi and his colleague. Also, the appointment was done efficiently so I was in and out in a timely manner. Not being seen at the time you are scheduled and sitting and waiting at the different "stations" are the most frustrating part of any medical appointment. Neither of these things happened and it was much appreciated. Thanks!

Great visit. Everyone was really nice to deal with.

I was treated with the utmost of caring and respect. I was quite anxious as I had experienced Covid since my last visit, and was fearful that was vision had been compromised. I was immediately reassured by Dr Hamzavi's assistant when she did initial visual testing as well as the doctor when he came in for his examination. My anxiety was completely gone within minutes. I had the usual treatment, and my eye was flushed by Dr. Hamzavi's assistant. Because of her expertise in this measure, I did not have to once instill any eye drops on my ride home to ease any discomfort. I want to add, this has only happened when my procedure is finished by this particular assistant! I could not ask for better care than I receive from this team and I am so very grateful for both of them.

I had a very good experience. Definitely would go back.

I wish there was more information given about the potential issues from the scleral depressed procedure that I had. The procedure was quite uncomfortable, where is worsening pain after I got home, followed by a significant sub conductive hemorrhage which included blood running out of my nose. None of these potential issues were discussed pre-procedure. When I called the next morning with all of this going on, I was told it was all to be expected. Perhaps better information next time.
