Jazmine Levesque is very knowledgeable, smart and helpful with exams, follow up, prescribing testing and diagnoses. She listens well, asks good questions and is a good problem solver.

Pleased with how efficient the visit was. Jazmine listened to my concerns and thoughts and was able to get all of my questions answered. Staff was helpful. Felt valued.

Knowledgeable, caring, supportive

It was my first appointment with the office. I was nervous going in but the front office staff made me feel extremely comfortable. When I got in to meet my new PA she was amazing. She went through my history and put in referrals to where I needed them without me even needing to ask. I am highly impressed so far and I can't wait to have my follow ups

She did not call for my app I had to call back to the office an get them to send over the paper work and she did not call my perception in I had to call back the next day an have hem send it over

I am currently dealing with a personal issue and I was feeling down when I had my recent appointment. My doctor Jazmine Levesque listened and listened while I shared what was going on and let me cry and was so consoling. She truly showed compassion and offered very good advice. Her caring ways helped me very much. She is a true gem that cares about her patients.

After being checked in and in an exam room, there seemed to be a sort of long wait until Jazmine came in. Just saying....

First time I met Jazmine. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. I wanted someone closed to home. Was going to Gardiner Family Practice. Too far to travel.

Oakland Family Medicine is an accomplished operation. All of our encounters have very pleasant with low wait times. Observations: Upon entering the modern clean facility one of the dominant characteristics that stands out is that the facility(s) looks like I stepped into a 3rd grade grammar school class room. There is some gang of individuals in the internal messaging department at MGH that has affinity with a computer printer that produces these sticky inconsequential messages that inundate your facilites. e.g. In waiting rooms, In the elevators, on bath room walls, on interior doors, on the walls, in exam rooms on the entry-way glass doors. Prep. and recovery rooms. They are simply ubiquitous and in my limited perspective is highly unbecoming of professional medical space. Who authorizes and moreover who actually reads all this junk wall décor and what value is truly achieved with the myriad of notices that abound and obliterate all your nice modern facilities. On another note, Your television ads "We are here for you"! is a mis-nomer If you recall you were not here for us all during during Covid and we had to travel to Portland and Boston to obtain elective services.

Both my husband and I really, really like Jazmine and we look forward to seeing her next time on our visit.

I saw Jazmine for first time last year, my mom now has her for her primary care provider after hearing about my experience with her. I wasn't looking forward to a new Dr, and had bad feeling and anxiety before the appointment. I couldn't have been more wrong. Really takes a good amount of time with me, and doesn't just tell me what to do or what I should do but asks for my opinion on most things and gives options whenever possible. Not easy finding a primary care provider that really fits you these days. Hopefully she sticks around for a long time.
