Briann was very easy to talk to and interested and eager to help with my medical questions and treatment planning. I would highly recommend Elmwood Primary Care.

I have been a patient of Elmwood Primary Care for about 24 years. Briann Andrews is the first PCP I have had in the last 15 - 20 years who took my concerns seriously. She has tried very hard to help me by making appropriate referrals and guiding me through the healthcare process. She's a wonderful provider.

Briann Andrews is amazing as a provider. I was so impressed with her when she became my new provider I recommended her to anyone needing a new provider, including my wife and son who have become new patients having become unhappy with their provider in another MG office. Briann is the gold standard that all MG providers should strive to achieve. She is thorough in her assessments and takes the time to drill down on health issues. She is willing to have tough conversations when needed and makes very good suggestions for improved health.

Briann was attentive, asked questions to get a full picture, suggested next steps including a consult with a cardiologist and when I suggested consulting with a specific cardiologist she said they would try to arrange it but couldn't guarantee that I could see that practioner, which is reasonable.

Briann Andrews is the BEST PCP I've ever had. She's compassionate, intelligent, and thorough. She's patient, doesn't rush, and doesn't judge. I'd give her a billion points for BEST provider if I could.

Hi, I would just like to say she's very good. I've never had any complaints with her, and I've always had any concerns that I had about my health addressed and figured out and everything else, or even just like actually taken seriously, which I couldn't ask for more.

Briann was amazing as usual. She helped us with our youngest daughter when she was struggling with gaining weight. Today I feel like she took my concern seriously and was very gentle in her assessment. Always recommend!

Briann always takes as much time as I need and makes me feel very comfortable. She is sincerely interested in my health and well being. She "tells it like it is " but always lets me make the final decision.

The person I saw, Briann has not seen day before as her person. What I went in for was not for my regular health condition,. I suspectected I that I have food UTI So what we were discussing has nothing to do with my ongoing health problems. Briann's knowledge and advice was based on what I thought was the problem. One of the nurses from the clinic called me about 3 hours ago and told me that the sample I gave yesterday did not turn out to be a UTI. When someone has an opening to give me a vaginal exam I was told I will get a call for an appointment. Even though my problem was not resolved, all the health team that took care of me yesterday was excellent. P S. The antibiotics that I will probably be getting from CVS tomorrow in the mail, I was told to throw away.

Dr. Briann Andrews is an amazing dr. And cares deeply about her parients. I'd recommend her 110%!!

My PCP is very attentive with details and caring

The care team is great. The problem is they are limited based on the fact that they are overloaded with patients. It takes me months, it took me four months to see my primary care provider and you're still taking on new patients as well as there's not a personalized experience where my doctor knows me well and can help me with other things besides specific medical issues. Also I have to be seen for everything and can't get anything called in. So I'm disappointed. There's not a personalized good experience for each individual person and unfortunately that caused me to not be able to come forward with things that I needed from my doctor.

Wonderful experience, awesome staff very good care. But... it took six (6) months to get an appointment. We desperately need more doctors.

Briann spent quite awhile reviewing my medications, my concerns about medications and considering some changes in medications, my recent medical test results, ordered blood work after reviewing my current health concerns, discussed alternatives to medications...in other words, she was very thorough.
