Staff was very helpful and informative pleasant to deal with and the doctor that spoke with me was extremely helpful and reassuring. this ExpressCare unit was so much more informative than the Winthrop Clinic has been.

Yes, between both of the people that I saw that took care of me as caregivers, they did an excellent job. Good bedside manners. They put forth a very confident attitude. And they did the best they could and they got me well as best as I could ever expect. Thank you.

I've always had great experiences with express care. I was happily surprised when we were seen so quickly after checking in as I know express care waits can be lengthy at times. My daughter was absolutely delighted when she was given 3 stickers, especially the Paw Patrol one, by the MA.

My health care provider that I saw was definitely helpful and very understanding and is incredibly knowledgable at what she does. She definitely should get recognition. Thank you.

I have never had a better experience at an express care. The wait time was minimal. Staff very friendly. I felt the provider was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. It is stressful needing medical care far from home but the staff here made me feel very comfortable and I greatly appreciate it

The lady that checked me in was great asked me all the questions just wished I knew her name. I do know she said she was on the newer side. The nurse that roomed me had a great personality, outgoing, and told me everything that was gonna happen. Christina the NP, listened to everything that was going on and went the extra mile to do some additional testing since it made sense at the time.

I was extremely pleased with everything that I experienced while I was there. I was in and out of the whole process in one hour and five minutes. She had no doubt of what she was going on and sent me directly up to the hospital to have chest x-rays and within two hours from that time I came home and she had called me and went over what she had found and just confirmed what her diagnosis was and she also said that if there was not any improvement within three to five days to be sure to come back and be checked again. And I was extremely pleased with everything there.

Everyone was friendly and professional.

I went the because my eye was swollen and puffy and because of an injury that happened at work a fractured thumb that I have been accidentally been hitting of things and it just seems to be getting worse

Yes, my, they kept calling me to make sure I was doing well and they were calling me to tell me to make an appointment with my other doctor, which I did, and they called me back to make sure I made the appointment and everything was set. It was a wonderful, wonderful people down there. Thank you.

From checking in to walking out the door I had some of the best service I've ever had at a walk in. They were quick to get me checked in and even though there was a wait, I was informed up front and seen within the time frame they gave me. The Dr really listened to what was wrong and clearly explained the next steps. I really appreciated everything during my visit. 10/10!
