Sadianne D'Andreti, PA-C

I never felt rushed, but my doctor's office made a mistake and sent me in 2.5 hours early. The Maine General staff in the lab and in imaging squeezed me in and I was out in under 1 hour! Wonderful, good humored people.

I have recommended this practice to my friends and they would love to receive their healthcare from family medical Institute. Sadly, they are not taking any new patients right now.

The receptionist and support staff were amazingly quick in getting me a last minute appointment, and the care and attention I received were superb.

I've had not so pleasant experiences with doctors not telling me about tumors on my liver for six months... But my new practitioner, Sadianne. Is just great. Super attentive and kind. Good bedside manner: give her a raise, she deserves it

Sadianne is amazingly compassionate and helpful. She always listens and takes time to explain things. She is extremely respectful of my feelings and viewpoints.

I'm very grateful to have Sadi as my PCP. She is very knowledgeable, caring, thorough and patient. Those qualities were also clearly evident as she patiently walked a newer PA in training, through a first-time very delicate procedure on me, sharing her expertise and skill with great care. I appreciated them both very much. I also really appreciated the technician who attempted to do blood work but knew not to push for results when a few initial attempts were unsuccessful due to inaccessible veins but instead patiently recommended I hydrate prior to a next attempt for blood work. Also, the medical assistant was very skillful in administering a tetanus shot, which was pain-free altogether, even the next day. And lastly the gentleman at the check-in desk has always been very courteous and friendly during my visits since I have been a patient at FMI. I greatly appreciate the skillful and personable care I receive at FMI. Thank you.

Dr. D'Andreti did a great job looking through my medical history and finding out that the proper medications that my sinus doctor usually prescribes me. So she did a great job looking that up and really preventing me from having to set another appointment and go see him for just a sinus infection. Every person that I came in contact with was as helpful as they could be. What is frustrating is sometimes the call back time.
