Marya Goettsche Spurling, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides a full spectrum of care to patients of all ages as a medical staff member at Four Seasons Family Practice in Fairfield, which she joined in October 2022. A faculty member for the Maine-Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency (MDFMR) Program, Dr. Spurling's clinical interests include obstetrics, rural medicine, treatment of opiate use disorder, viral hepatitis, quality improvement, physician well-being and medical education.
