I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room and 15 minutes in the room before seeing my child's doctor. I was in there for a total of 1.5 hours. Unacceptable

The only reason the doctor did not know my child's medical history is because it was a last minute appointment with someone we had no seen before.

I would follow Dr. Frost across the country if I had to. She is kind, caring and I could not ask for a better provider for my two babies. MGH was lucky to get her!

Dr. Frost was incredible with our son and patient with him during our visit. I could tell that she cared about his wellbeing and getting him the care that he needed. We did not feel like he was rushed at all. When I became concerned and emotional during the appointment she comforted me and truly made me feel like he was going to be okay.
