Heather was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She had great suggestions for me and a future plan. She took away my anxiety.

First visit. Went well.

I have seen a number of healthcare providers at Maine General. Most are very good however Heather Smith is excellent and in a class all by herself. Knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, and able to explain medical issues so that a layperson can understand them. I have had an ongoing issue for years that most doctors contributed to possible kidney stones, infections, or a hernia. I have lost track of how may x-rays/CAT scans I have received over the years trying to pin down this problem. After I answered a few questions from her Heather knew exactly what was causing the problems. A couple months of PT at her recommendation solved the issue. She is the best.

I think everything went very well, but the reality was that we had to wait a lengthy time once we got in the office on time to get the doctor in to our appointment. I know they can be very busy and that was reality. So it's not a real negative thing, it's just a true reality. So that's my two cents worth and I'll hang up.

Heather is exceptionally efficient, Caring, thoughtful beautiful human being of kindness.

Heather Smith did an excellent job of explaining to me the prior scan findings and what might be happening with my kidney. Plus, she explained how the procedure, that she requested, would help in discerning what is going on with the kidney.

Heather has been very, very responsive to us and the situation we find the patient in and has been very knowledgeable about the case and has been very proactive about being sure that we are developing a plan of care and following through. And the staff has been wonderful.

All of the nurses I have met here are empathetic and supportive. I have met only one doctor who performed the green light procedure which has turned out fine. The only negative issue I have encountered was one of communication.

Heather was very informative of treatment for my issue. I felt comfortable talking to her and relaxed. Happy to have her .

The experience overall was great. Can't say enough about my doctor. She has been absolutely wonderful, helpful, and I sing her praises. I will continue to seek her out and set up appointments. The only thing I would say is the wait time can be a bit long, but that's to be expected for doctor's offices. But other than that, absolutely great, great service.

my medical situation has been on-going since last summer. Heather and her team will find my cause and fix it, I trust them completely.

Heather was extremely interested in my health issue and had some great suggestions.

Ms. Smith was accommodating and listened to what I had to say and what I was feeling. She took time to understand my situation to give me the best care that will fit me. As a school teacher, it is so much easier to work around the school schedule and the team was willing to do this. I feel they all supported me and I felt comfortable in the office.

Heather, PA, is beyond kind and caring to her patients. She is so smart and doesn't rush you no matter how busy. Her nurses and staff are always extremely helpful and caring. Heather makes this office show professionalism, kindness and most of all that the patient has worth. She listens to everything you say and gives you the options. She allows the patient to make their decisions with family members and facts. I just can't elaborate how special Heather is and an asset to this office.
