I feel like there is an overall improvement with staff,wait times,etc..since post covid.All staff I have seen have treated me with genuine concern,even when very busy..

Happy with the care there

The word 'cancer' is a scary word. The team at Maine General have helped make it not so scary. I have been thorough and confident and caring and I couldn't ask for anything better. They have succeeded in convincing me that we are the team in the most important sense of the word. Thank you.

Dr. Adler is a keeper!

This is a very well organized, caring and helpful team! My husband and I were very impressed with everyone we came in contact with during our visit. We felt heard and our questions were answered. I feel confident that I will be well taken care of at HACCC.

Only one minor issue. The lab tech seemed like she would have rather been doing something other than drawing my blood. This has never been my experience before - usually the lab techs are so friendly and pleasant. All of my other staff interactions were fine, as per usual.

Dr. Adler impressed me as being one of the best providers I have ever dealt with.

I just want to say that any dealings with Alphonse Trade Cancer Center and Dr. Adler and anybody else in there has always been a pleasure and a perfect way that they do it. And they handle it nicely and they're friendly people and I like it and that's the best I can say.

I was very impressed with Dr. Adler. I was hesitant in coming period because I wasn't sure of exactly where we were going to go from there but I like Dr. Adler and I probably sounded very confused to him at one point in time simply because I thought they had a different medical background that's on me I should say on me and I sent over there for low hemoglobin anyway I was impressed with Dr. Adler I thought he was excellent and I am very happy that he will be the physician that I will be seeing

Dr Adler was very thorough, I left feeling being heard and blood test being given, hopefully some sort of explanation of my symptoms & concerns. Very pleased with this visit.
