Very dissatisfied with provider. MA and office staff were fantastic!

I chose Maine General because of past associations with them for my deceased wife. They showed caring and profession attitude and just a happy climate that is not generated much today.

I liked seeing my providers whole face for the first time.

Nora Mills was kind, courteous and respectful. Nora definitely made me feel welcome. The staff were dressed for Halloween in a fun, respectful, and professional manner. There was no gory bloodshed, nothing offensive towards anyone, and the staff certainly had fun and made us feel happy! Everyone needs a little bit of laughter in each day! Kudos to the team! They made my doctor's appointment a happy one!

Let's keep them happy so they'll stay to care for us

I found that it was a very good experience. I like Nora Mills very much. She was very helpful and I always get good care there. I was very pleased with the help that they did give me and thank you very much.

This was my first visit to the practice as my PCP is retiring. I'll call it a meet and greet. Everyone, Registration, Medical Assistant, and NP, Nora were extremely welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. It was easy to talk with Nora. She listened, offered advice and included me in discussions regarding my health. This transition is a positive one.

Always get the care I need Not my usual practitioner but she was everything I expected on short notice I would take her anytime !!

Not the same as the old days when your primary care provider new you and didn't spend the time looking at the computer screen trying to figure who you really are. Our health care system is broken. I've worked 38 years in the health care system and it's not the same in not a very good way. Something needs to change!!!!

This was my first visit with Nora Mills, NP, and I immediately felt comfortable and fortunate to have her as my PCP. Kind, patient, knowledgeable, and very east to talk to.

Nora and the whole care team there made me feel like I was actually valued and they held conversations with me that I have not had a provider hold with me for a very long time. So I was appreciative of them actually listening and understanding what I was saying instead of just listening to comment back to me. They actually showed that they cared and I really think I'm going to love Nora as my PCP.

I was happy to meet Nora and very pleased with her as my new POA.

Nora was very helpful. She was thorough. She approached my problem the way that I had hoped someone would. I was very happy. It was my first time seeing her and I wouldn't hesitate again. She got back to me with test results almost immediately, at least as soon as she could, and definitely allayed a lot of my fears. Thank you.

Dr Mills first visit with me was exceptional. You could tell that she was definitely interested in my well-being. Because of her demeanor, I was more honest with her about some of my issues than I have been in the past with previous providers

In the portal there needs to be a place where I can put in my blood pressure numbers so the doctor can see and analyze them.

Nora Mills was new to my care. My doctor left. She explained the results from my MIR in detail and explained the next steps of my care. She was very easy to understand to took the time to make sure that. She was very thorough.

My visit was excellent. My PC was very thorough. We discussed my concerns and formulated a plan. I was diagnosed with an ear infection and referred to an ENT. Before I left the hospital I had a head Xray. I received excellent patient care. That's the reason I have been with Thayer Internal Medicine since the 90's. They are the best!!!!

Nora Mills' personable and thorough preliminary exam was outstanding.

It was my first time meeting Nora Mills as my new provider. She was wonderful very knowledgeable and she listened to my concerns and gave me advice. she made me feel very comfortable. Nora's medical assistant was very professional and did her job extremely well. It certainly was a good experience with both of these ladies.

Was having a female issue, sent message via text..got an appt several days later, my issue was already 2 weeks in progress..and now WAITING on a referral and appt for GYN and US..nothing was resolved..still in pain.. And not knowing when it will be is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING..

They called to schedule an appointment saying I was approved for certain weight loss drugs. Got there & they had no idea what I was there for. No one in the whole office knew who had called to schedule the appointment & no weight loss meds were given. I was completely dissatisfied with this service experience.

Nora was kinda and caring and very reassuring. She made sure I didn't wait all weekend for my results and made sure that we didn't miss anything when I came to my health. She made me feel like a person not a patient. All the Staff were so kind and caring and quick.

Nora Mills was not dressed professionally, did not know where to refer me for a cortizone shot for plantar fascitus, and did not order annual blood work for annual physical.

As a new patient of Nora Mills, I found her to be compassionate and empathetic as I discussed my health history. It took quite some time on a waiting list to be assigned to a primary provider, but I believe that this is a good match for me.

I would love to see an MD, not a Physicians Assistant, not a Nurse Practitioner. They are ok, but an MD is best! Please hire more MDs!

The provider had to leave the room , several times to address other patients, where my appointment was double booked with others for the same time.. I felt as the provider, didn't listen to my health concerns with an open mind,instead insisted she knew what was best . although I had explained,what was/wasn't giving me relief. Also, should of had a physical exam , but provider was multi tasking, myself/other patients/providers inquires. So there wasn't anytime available for an actual physical exam ,

Nora was kind, smiled, was friendly and went over my yearly appts. She has also already reviewed my labs and responded to me about them. The practice staff are great at drawing my blood. We will see about the follow up appointments from the rest of the staff that have not happened yet.

Thayer definitely seems to be stressed by a lack of primary care providers, but that's not untypical these days. There has been some trouble getting an initial physical. NP Nora Mills who met with me did seem to care quite a bit and was knowledgeable. I was happy to meet with her and the supporting staff were all great.

Meeting with Nora Mills was an uplifting experience for me. I had not received good patient care from my gastroenterologist office so I was delighted to have her jump into action to get to the root of my problem.
