I don't remember his name but the person whom first brought me out back to check my blood pressure and temp did a great job! I wasn't feeling good but he related to me, was very personable and professional. He made it a better experience over all!! Nice to have people who care helping to take care of us when we are not at our best. You are very lucky to have an employee like him working for you

I was extremely dissatisfied. I had a urine culture that came back supposedly inconclusive. When I got a second opinion from my primary care doctor, I in fact did have problems with my urine culture and have since been treated by my primary care doctor. So I was very disappointed in my visit. I did not feel like I was helped at all. I was left and told that if I needed help, I ought to come back. Well, it's $20 to $80 every time you come back to ExpressCare. So that didn't happen. Bye.

We were standing and waiting to register, in some distress, while the intake person was chatting with the people ahead of us. Nice to be chatty, but not in an Express Care setting

Went in to have my son's ears checked. Provider did not appear confident in what she was doing or what she was seeing in his ears and did not appear to like being asked questions about what she was seeing. As a parent, I appreciate providers who can explain things and are OK with being asked questions.

The front office staff was very friendly and courteous. We didn't have to wait, and were seen in a very timely matter. Medical staff was very friendly and made my young daughter feel very comfortable. Great experience, thank you so very much.

The office and facility were very clean, with updated equipment. Providers took donning PPE seriously. A very positive experience with providers that seemed genuinely caring with the ability to listen.

I was told to go to Portland because they have more services. Its disappointing that you can only really get care in Portland.

It would have been helpful for the triage nurse to explain that: 1) there was quite a wait to see a provider, and 2) that it was unlikely they would be able to help. I waited a considerable time to basically be told there was nothing that could be done to help my injury.

It is a wonderful service for us here in rural ME after years of having to go to the emergency room at a hospital. The staff at this facility are very welcoming and efficient! Thank you all for the work you do!!!

It really was Express care!

Two things I wasn't happy with - the wait to see the doctor was very long, and it was really annoying that I had to go to the hospital to get my x-rays. I was already unable to walk on my injured leg, and the extra driving and time and hassle was not ideal.

As busy as it was they got me in relatively fast of the night I expected

With loss of many primary care providers in the area, the ExpressCare at MGMC is a lifesaver for many of us. The nurse practitioner, and the registered nurse that were on that day were very efficient, knowledgeable and kind and caring. Thank you Express care staff!

I am grateful for her thoroughness and that she took my illness seriously.

It was nice to walk in and be seen in a timely manner. I was upset that a person forgot to administer my inhaler so I had to wait. However not nearly aslong as I have waited in an emergency room, I will use the facility again

I and staff were not on same page about where to pick up meds. Being sick for so long, it was just as much my fault as anyone's. Was ok. Meds gotten and getting better slowly.

I've been there twice with breathing problems always a very caring staff. I've been a patient at F M I for at least 25 years and I'm not Satisfied there anymore so I'm going to look into Augusta Family Medicine. Very Satisfied . A great replacement to Emergency Room unless your dying of course.

Nobody reached out to me to let me know that I did have a positive strep throat culture (on the tests that were sent out) and that I had an antibiotic prescription waiting for me at my pharmacy. Had I not thought to recheck my online portal, I would probably never have know that I need medicine for this condition. I work as a receptionist in a nursing home on weekends. It would have been nice to have had this information prior to working that weekend. As it was, because I wasn't on antibiotics for 48 hours, I had to leave work early.
