We are very happy with Dr. Mason. After a prior doctor retired I was concerned we wouldn't find a Dr. we liked so well. We've had a few appointments with Dr. Mason now and he's patient with our questions, makes sure my kids are comfortable and it's obvious he truly cares about kids. He's exceeded my expectations and my kids think he's great.

The office was super busy when we were there. They were seeing patients like every 15 minutes, so I think the staff was a little stressed.

I wanted to comment on the fact that this office is very respectful of my wish to delay vaccination schedules. We left our previous practice because we felt like we were being bullied and no one was talking with us. They were just making us feel like bad parents. And this office has been very respectful and they have educated us and they are very willing to work with us and keep us informed on the risks and benefits of vaccinations, but also not to pressure us one way or another. And we feel very valued and respected and we do not feel like they discriminate against us. So for a mainstream pediatrician's doctor's office, we are very, very pleased that we can receive very good care here, even when we have some different views sometimes.

Dr Mason was great!

Dr. Mason, being a new doctor to us, took in all of our concerns and made sure we were completely comfortable and satisfied before we left the office.

Dr. Mason was amazing with my son. He was worried about making sure he was comfortable more than anything and my son did really well because of that. He didn't force anything on him and I appreciate him so much. I think we are going to enjoy him as our provider.

The wait time in the waiting room was a half an hour past our arrival time and we waited an additional 45 minutes in the exam room for the doctor to come in. This is not our typical experience, but still very upsetting.

It was our first experience with our new pediatrician Dr. Mason. We felt like he listened and is doing so much to figure out what's going on with our son. We felt he was amazing and did such a good job and we are so happy to have him as our new pediatrician.

Dr.Mason was awesome and I was very happy with my daughters care and treatment.

We ended up sitting in the room for 45 minutes and I had to go find a nurse to get the doctor.

Last wait time, we waited over an hour and a half to see our provider.

The doctor was late, We were waiting in the room for a long time before he came in. The medical assistant was very nice and made my child feel more comfortable.

I just want to say the receptionist is absolutely fantastic. They are always in the best mood and so caring and kind

We saw Dr. Mason for the first time for a sick visit and he was great.

I was very pleased with the level of care at Kennewick Pediatrics. We've recently switched from another pediatrics office and we were very unhappy with that office so it's been refreshing to get such great care. Thank you.

It was the first time my child met Dr. Mason. My son usually is nervous about his doctor's visits, but left feeling extremely comfortable and confident. Dr. Mason made him feel heard. It was a great interaction.

You guys covered all the bases and we're definitely happy with the healthcare at Kennebec Pediatrics and happy with our doc. Thank you.

The front desk staff, the nurse, Dr. Mason, everyone that I've been in contact has been truly amazing in helping me with a very difficult problem with my son. Dr. Mason listened very carefully, asked questions, gathered as much information as possible, explained his thinking, the process, other alternatives, came up with a plan, came up with a follow-up plan, and I couldn't have gotten any better care. I'm very happy to have switched my son to Dr. Mason as his primary care doctor. And I will tell everybody, thank you guys so much.

Dr. Mason seems to really have a good handle on our kid and what he needs and he was really willing to talk to us about what's going on.
