Usually when I wait in the waiting room, it's 20 minutes, but at the Express Care, I waited about two minutes. So you guys are really fast. I appreciate that. When people are sick, they don't want to wait around and they want to get better as soon as possible, and you guys did a great job on that. Thanks. Bye.

Allison was wonderful. She was very caring and she really cared about the fact that I didn't have a PCP and was helping me find names of doctors to try and so I just really valued her care and I would recommend her highly.

I was told that it would be approximately 30 minutes to wait before I would be seen. I was taken in to exam room within 15 minutes. I have always had great treatment at this facility.

The doctor was so kind and compassionate, I felt very comfortable with her, I was kind of embarrassed to go in for what I went in for, Girly issues and she set my mind at ease! Super fast friendly service. The girls at the front desk were very helpful in helping me with insurance info . Being from out of state this was a great change in how things are done elsewhere. The care I received for an eye problem was great and they did a great job explaining everything to me.

Very responsive and caring. We were here on vacation and got sick. The patient care rep listened and our wait was short. Office was efficient and Doctor was excellent and caring. I was very nervous being away from home and my Dr. I was extremely pleased. Thank you.

I thought that her provider was very knowledgeable, gave me a lot of tips on what to do, made me feel a lot better about the program and answered a lot of questions and very prompt on getting me the help I needed for further testing.

I use Maine general for all of my health care. There are only just a few departments that I would recommend to a friend and that is Maine general express care. I would never recommend the emergency room. Please improve the emergency room.

Yeah, the lady that attended to me, the nurse that attended to me, she's a physician assistant. She did so well. I love her. She listened to me so, so well. For the first time, I am happy to be there, like, to be attended to. Thank you.

Why I had gone in for what I thought was maybe just some swelling in my leg, Allison determined it could be a blood clot, got me a sonogram within two hours, went up to the main general, had that done, and luckily it was clear, so I have nothing but good things to say about Allison. I would trust her or anybody at Augusta Family Medicine with the most important medical things.

Overall I was treated great by the staff. It felt like the NP was relieved I didn't have an infection and she could defer me to my eye doctor. I was instructed to keep doing what I was doing.

Although my visit was not a plesent one as the procedure was very painful, I cannot say enough good about Allison Brown. She was very caring and compassionate. The procedure she performed and the antibiotics she prescribed brought me back to good health. Thank you so much Allison.
