I miss the electronic check in process. The change to paper with MaineGeneral was very disappointing.

Metcalf miss diagnosed an ear infection and gave my son an antibiotic that messed up his stomach so bad he ended up in the ER and they check his ears there and they said he never even had one

My experience with my son's pediatric care team at Waterville Pediatrics has helped me and my son greatly. He is living and thriving, happy and healthily due to the doctor's care at Waterville Pediatrics and I would highly recommend it to anybody.

The care with Nicole Metcalf was amazing. My issue with the way Waterville Pediatrics is being run now is the telephone system and inability to get through to anyone and make an appointment. I got lucky and was able to get a quick appointment, but it usually takes a week or two to hear back.

Hey, I thought Nicole was amazing. She was really sweet and made my son feel very comfortable, which is, you know, not always easy. So that was a pretty good sign right there. But she was wonderful and I'm really glad that she's treating him. Thanks.
