I was very happy with my provider. She asked questions. She also had information about my child. And I felt like she helped us in the way that we needed help with his health and didn't ignore things that I said. As a parent, it made me feel like I was being heard and that what I know about my child was important.

I am very disappointed with the lack of response from the office in trying to schedule an appointment. I called 6 separate times and left numerous messages to get an appointment.

Waterville Pediatrics is great. We love our PCP Kristy Mitsui. The only thing I'd like to be different is - white noise machines in the rooms.
