Mackenzie Bancroft, PA-C

I am a new patient at Elmwood. The front office staff were very personable, and capable. I was called in quickly, and the nurse got me settled in in good time while also being sure to be thorough. My primary care person was very good. She was knowledgeable and took the time to go over everything I needed. I did not feel rushed or cut short at all which is very important. Thank you

I saw MacKenzie Bancroft for a first appointment. She was caring and listened to me. She took. Blood and scheduled me a physical. I love this practice. I came from another after being unheard and lots of issues. I'm thankful for her. She is knowledgeable and seems to honestly care about what I say or need.

I was very pleased with my new P.A.. She, and the remaining staff I dealt with, were thorough and informative, and answered all of my questions. I only wish more practitioners who join Elmwood Primary Care would stay long term.

The Medical Assistant was amazing! She made me feel comfortable while rooming me which I appreciated as I am usually very nervous for doctors appointments. Very happy I transitioned my care to Elmwood.

Mackenzie Bancroft is absolutely fabulous.....she thinks things through carefully and makes measured recommendations. This is one gal you never want to let go. The staff is lovely too and you can tell that they really respect her. It is a nice display of teamwork.

Yesterday's appointment was my first time seeing Mackenzie Bancroft and her triage nurse. I I like and felt comfortable with both women right away, yes very comfortable.
