Front desk staff is always very efficient and welcoming when you walk in and Dr. Moss always listens and makes you feel heard. I would not be using FMI if it weren't for Dr. Moss.

FMI is a great place for people to go when they need help with healthcare. All the doctors are great, nursing staff, secretaries. Yeah, I'd recommend it to anybody. Great job.

Front desk staff is always wonderful. I can't remember the nurses name but she's super. Dr. Moss was, as always , super smart, and wise, caring, thorough, and genuinely interested in me and my health.

My experience was top notch

It took over 20 minutes to get into a room and I didn't see the doctor until almost an hour after my appointment. My appointment was scheduled at 9 and I never got to see the doctor until just about 10 o'clock. And obviously with having to get to work, that's a significant length of time to wait. Thank you.

Referrals have been slow or not at all for many months from this practice. Some scheduling issues. It is frustrating to have great providers and then poor follow through.
