The front desk staff remembered me even though I've only been there 3 times this year. The medical assistant has a lovely manner and is great with a needle. Dr Powers is GREAT. Actually, everyone I've encountered there is great. First time in decades that I feel I have received high quality comprehensive care. Whole body, holistic care. I am blown away by the care, attention and time you have all taken to help me since coming to this practice. I'm crying as I type this because you've given me such relief. I am so grateful. Thank you!

Very professional and helpful

Dr Powers is the most tuned in doctor that I have ever seen. I have never felt heard or cared for quite this well. I hope she never leaves. Registration staff is the best, as they greet and register anyone coming in. Everyone that I encountered at this appointment was spectacular.

From check-in to check-out, all medical staff members are respectful, caring, and professional. Dr. Powers is the best PCP I've ever had: thorough, compassionate, unrushed, friendly, and knowledgeable.

It was a comfortable supportive visit. I was impressed with the range of questions to open opportunities for sharing about possible challenges in one's life. The person who brought me into the room and Dr. Powers were both friendly and professional. I was also impressed with the clarity and completeness of Dr. Powers' questions and her full awareness of my medical history, my connection with other medical providers, her questions about any part of my history that was unclear, and her suggestions to address the concerns that I raised. So grateful to be able to receive medical support from the FMI.

Being an old RN I'm very sensitive to healthcare workers when most of the people I have known for decades are no longer there. This new guard (to me) is fantastic, patient, knowledgeable, caring, and would be a benefit to any healthcare setting.

It was a great experience

Dr Powers was very thoughtful and did not rush me. I sincerely appreciated this. My medical assistant was also very attentive and friendly and also not rushed.

Dr. Powers was great!!! She listens to me and always gets back to me right away with any of my questions.
