Brooke was very pleasent and professional. Very knowlegable and concerning about my shoulder and the surgery. Very pleased with her.

I went to the walk in clinic. The wait time was extremely long.

Needed to have my injured leg looked at because I fell and they took x-rays to make sure nothing was broken or implanted hardware jarred out of place. They were very prompt in getting me in and taken care of.

I thought the care at the emergency center where I went first was excellent. And the visit that you're calling about, the caregiver was wonderful. She listened carefully, but she gave good information. And it was an excellent visit.

I actually went to the hospital, thinking that was where I had to go. This made me late for my appointment, my fault. But, you should really make it better known where the appointments are.

Excellent place

Very impressed with the whole team. They knew what they were doing. They explained things very, very well, and they showed me what was going on and told me to come back for a follow-up appointment, which I'm going to do. And, again, very, very impressive. Excellent help. Thank you.

My message is mostly for the attending doctor that's seen me. Doctors in the past seem to not listen as well to the things that I'm telling them. And though I was a little surprised at how young Brooke was, I was absolutely impressed with the fact that I did not have to repeat myself. She listened to what I had to say. She heard what I had to say. And though her ideas were different, instead of pushing me towards something, she allowed me the treatment of my wishes by listening. And point out all avenues. Overall, the most impressive thing of that clinic was the doctor for sure.

Brooke was very patient in answering all of my questions, She consulted with doctors to be sure that I was getting accurate information. She used a model to show me the shoulder structure and explaining my conditions.

She was friendly and really listened to what was going on with my knee. She took the time and didn't rush.

My experience with Maine General Ortho has been amazing. The appointments, they were calling me to schedule all the appointments, the follow-up appointments, the medications were called in for me, the PA was responsive when I had a question about one of the medications, follow-up visit was great. I didn't have to wait hardly at all. The entire experience, the OR was wonderful. I have absolutely no complaints. I thought the entire process was wonderful and I appreciated Brooke's care. It was just wonderful. Thank you so, so, so much.

As my husband has multiple disabilities, I attend all appointments with him. Brooke addressed him as the patient and was very accepting and inclusive of me. She was pleasant, patient, and took the time needed to help my husband feel comfortable and understand the diagnosis and options for treatment.

My PA, Brooke Heathco was great to work with and refreshing. She took her time to explain why she wanted more xrays, after I was being a smidge difficult. After we did the xrays, I was very impressed that she turned the screen and pointed out what she was looking at and explained it all to me. Now, whether or not I understood it all is on me. Lol However, it made me comfortable with her and her recommendations. Thank you.
