Ms. Brown was caring, concerned and compassionate. She immediately put me at ease and treated me as a person, not just a patient.

Very friendly and professional, it was quick in and out and I felt comfortable with the service I was provided and the medication prescribed to me.

The Express Care Providers care more about their patients than the regular providers that staffs that establishment. does. I was very impressed with Chelsea Brown and was impressed with the follow through from her. I wish that she was a regular provider, I would want her to be my provider.

The provider that we saw was very knowledgeable. Also, she spoke directly to my child, which made him feel like a part of the overall care that he was getting. So it was really nice, and I really liked that, how she spoke to him and engaged him, not just me as the parent. And she took care of his needs, and I really appreciate that. Thank you.

The nurse was exceptionally kind. She told me, "I do not think you're crazy" after I explained what I was experiencing but then attempted to downplay my symptoms because I was worried I came in for nothing. PA Chelsea Brown was also exceptionally kind & both of them validated my concerns & treated me with respect.

Chelsea is a treasure.... If ever she's looking for her own patients, I'd be first in line. Not only is she kind, patient and caring...she explains everything in a way that is fully understandable. She makes her patients feel at ease and well taken care of. My mom has seen her too and we just love her.

The MA and provider were both so great with my daughter. They both spoke to my daughter in a kind, kid friendly manner and were very upbeat.

I have always received great care from the staff and health care providers on duty when I visited Express Care. They are professional, respectful and caring and listen to my explanation of symptoms to decide how to diagnose and treat. I told them when I left I prefer coming to them more than my primary care.

To date my experiences with Maine General have been uniformly positive.

My PA was good to work with. Listened to my current issues and provided me with very good care. I was in and out of the facility in good time. Her knowledge of my local pharmacy being closed was very helpful. If I had to see someone on the weekend again, I would certainly go to the Enterprise Walk in again. The lobby staff was helpful too. I was extremely satisfied with the care that I got from my last visit and I definitely am happy that I have this clinic to use and that it's available to come in when I have any illness. She didn't seem rushed, and that's really important because I know it's busy and urgent care, and sometimes people have to rush from one to another. She did not, and that meant a great deal to me. Chelsea (?) the PA was incredible! She took in my symptoms and instantly knew what I needed. Prescribed a Zpak and cough meds and I felt better after the first dose! I had not felt well for almost a month!

Yes, so the service provided has helped to rectify the situation for everyone from the front staff to the person who would have taken my blood pressure and stuff like that to the person who has to do the procedure. I had excellent help there, so I'm very happy that I came down there. I couldn't get into my own doctor, so I decided to come down there the other day. So I'm really pleased with what they did.

There was no need for followup so that is why the 'no'. The nurse was great getting my vitals but after I left and had problems getting the script at the pharmacy she called several times to check progress and talked to the pharmacist to verbally give the script info when Walgreens system was so slow.

I was prescribed some ointment for a significant rash on my arms and it worked perfectly. My facial rash is also gone. I am very pleased

This by far the best place to go if you have a non life threatening issue. We have used this facility several times over the last few years and been treated by professional and courteous staff every time. The facility is easily accessible, clean, and spacious. I highly recommend it.

Exceptional Staff

Although the facility was obviously busy and/or short staffed, I did not feel rushed with receiving attention/care.

The young female doctor that saw me was courteous, friendly, listened to my history intently and was no nonsense in her approach. You need to keep people like this. I expected less, got more.

Chelsea took me right in, did my test, and then after my results came in, called me at home! Great job!

This entire experience was great. The wait time was very minimal both in the waiting room and after being triaged, before seeing the provider. All the staff I interacted with were very professional and friendly. Chelsea was kind and knowledgeable.

I wanted to say that my experience was exceptional, absolutely. I am definitely the type of person to avoid the doctors at any cost, but she made me feel incredibly comfortable. I felt very, very well informed and I felt very listened to. It's definitely given me confidence to kind of seek out medical professionals when I need them in the future and it's been a big relief for me. She even helped me get set up with the colonoscopy screenings and stuff that helped walk me through some of the measures I should be taking at my age. And I was just really grateful for the entire experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

I had come in to use Ortho walk in for my knee, but it was closed and I was directed to Express Care. Luckily Chelsea has ortho experience and let me know there was another provider there with 10 years of ortho experience, so I felt good about having my issue resolved! She was friendly, efficient and asked all the right questions. I was whisked to xray and back again, and given instructions for caring for my knee and what to do if it didn't improve. The MA was great, too, and she took me to xray and waited to take me back to the exam room. I felt confident about my care and wellbeing. Job well done by everyone from check in to providers to xray tech. Despite the numbers of people checking in, everyone was in a good mood. It was a very positive experience.

The service there was excellent. The personnel signing in, excellent. You could not ask for anything better than the way they use you there when you come in. Like the sign says, you should not have to wait no more than 15 minutes and I didn't. I go there, I sit... I sent my son down here just yesterday because he couldn't get in to doctors and I told them go right down there, they'll help you. Thank you for calling.

I have pneumonia very bad and if it weren't for the staff here treating me with the prescriptions for the right medications I needed so much and given to me in a timely manner, I was able to fill them at Walgreens and start on them the same evening. I would have gotten much sicker than I already was if not for your wonderful, most knowledgeable, caring staff at this clinic.
