Christine Fletcher is very knowledgeable and personable. I am very comfortable talking with her.

Christine fletcher is always very late, I'm usually one of her first appointments of the day. My appointment was at7:00 I didn't see her until 7:45.

Though I understand throughout the day that some appointments take longer than others, and this puts the entire schedule behind. It is hard when your appointment is at 3:00 and you register early, to have to wait until 3:30 to be brought in. Christine is a fabulous provider! When I went to checkout at 4:30 the front-end staff where already gone for the day. I wouldn't have known this unless another provider happened to see me waiting to check out and went and looked for someone to help me. If the office is open until 5:00, there should be someone at the front desk to check patients out. Or put up a sign with instructions, not a sign that says, "Sign Out Here". Overall, I love Winthrop FP and have for years!

I appreciate Christine's efficient, practical, personable, and professional approach to health care.

I wish every patient had the care and expertise that I have each time I have an appointment at MaineGeneral Health - Winthrop, Maine.

I don't understand why I have to show up early for an appointment and then have to wait a half an hour, 15 minutes in the lobby and then 15 minutes in the room for my provider. I think that could be streamlined a bit. If it's the first thing in the morning appointment, then I would imagine they would be on time. Right after lunch, they would be on time. But other than that, we shouldn't have to show up early.

I appreciate my PCP tremendously and the rest of staff at Winthrop. I am deeply disappointed that the lab is no longer available on site along with xray. A few weeks ago I was sent to Augusta for lab work. I waited in the lab for 1 hour 45 minutes before being seen. The second time being sent to Augusta for lab work, I waited for almost an hour. This seems unacceptable. It is very very inconvenient.

I've been cared for by this practice for more than 45 years simply because of the excellent health services and caring, knowledgeable staff. Kudos to all the team!

Everyone is extremely helpful and caring... I wish the higher ups were as caring as the employees..it is absolutely heartbreaking that the lab and imaging, and express care are taken away from the community. So many will not travel for their healthcare, and Maine General has put these people in a terrible position. I hope they will reconsider this and bring back the lab, imaging and express care asap.

Staff, especially Christine, are always pleasant, polite and professional. Everything was terrific!

They seem to be very experienced know what they're doing. I would recommend and I have recommended going to them. I actually recommended to my sister to go there and she has. Of course she has a different name than I do as she is married. So as I said I would recommend this place.

I was sorry to learn that the Winthrop facility no longer offers bloodwork or imaging. I always appreciated the convenience of both of those services close to home, and where I see my practioner.

From the start of the day until the evening the communication between staff to staff and staff to me was phenomenal. I received calls and call backs and Christine even called me after hours to be sure I heard my test results. I got an appointment in with her, blood work, and ultrasound all in one day. I attribute this success to the immediate attention to communication and following up to every detail. Thank you.

Christine has a great depth of knowledge and experience, for which I am grateful. She is also kind, caring and approachable. I am lucky to have her as my PCP.

Okay. I feel like Christine really did very well with me. The medication seems to be helping quite a bit. I think she did a marvelous job. Thank you so much.

I love my provider and the whole team is great BUT I, and everyone in town, am very upset about losing the lab and imaging and urgent care. You could have had a public meeting and asked us how we would feel about that or at least explain the reasons why. My provider gets a 10 but the MGH process gets a 0.

They were very good and seemed caring about any conditions you might have. I am so sorry we can no longer have blood taken at the Winthrop Health Center Augusta is a nightmare and the wait time can be extremely long hopefully this will be addressed soon.

All staff members that I encountered were very helpful and everything seemed to move along in a timely manner, I would certainly recommend Winthrop medical center Thankyou .

Christine Fletcher and the medical assistant are a great caring team. They make patients feel comfortable and make it easy to discuss issues.

I'd been struggling with a really icky issue for quite sometime and was a bit embarrassed to share it with anyone, including my husband. Christine listened and checked it out without making me feel uncomfortable. Happily, it's treatable and I'm looking forward to it being solved by following her instructions.

I like the Winthrop medical Staff I have been going there for years they are all very nice which makes you feel comfortable ??

I was conveniently able to get an ordered test done after my appointment so I don't have to go back for it.
