I like that they go over your medical history, advise you on the results, tell you what you should without being pushy, and listen when you tell them what you will or not want to do at that time.

I had to wait 40 minutes for the lab work after my physical.

Colin is very thorough, delivering a healthcare experience that is caring and informative. I am grateful to be one of his patients.

All staff were friendly & courteous..the lab girls were wonderful and got my lab draw on the first try even with difficult veins..about 20 minute wait which was not bad at all considering how busy...I felt a vast improvement in all staff trying to be as helpful as possible

Hi, I was very impressed with everybody that I interacted with. I felt comfortable and I felt they listened and they were knowledgeable. The only minor thing I didn't like was the lab technician was rather - I had a lot of blood drawn, but it was pretty uncomfortable. So if anybody can help her with not pressing so hard on the needle or whatever because usually it's just a minor stick and then nothing until they take out the vacutainer, but she didn't take out the vacutainer either before she went through the needle, the tube. It was uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was fine. It was wonderful. I'm glad to be there. Very glad. Thank you.

For the most part, I'm very satisfied. However, it seems to me that there are times when an appointment is made that it's not really necessary, when whatever it is can be taken care of with another appointment that's already been made within a week of that appointment. That's the main thing. There's no reason you can't lump some of this together if you're already in there for something else. Oh, the only other thing is there are things being put into my file like that I have diabetes when I don't have diabetes. I'm borderline. I've been borderline for years, but there's been a couple times in the last couple of years where things were put in there saying that I am this or I am that, when it's not necessarily true or not yet true. It really shouldn't be.

Colin Lucas was very pleasant and I felt comfortable discussing my issues.

Colin was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful. Very good. My appt was at 7:40 and the website said the office opened at 8, which was a little tricky to figure out.

When I was going for my blood work, I was sitting there waiting a little bit longer than what I was supposed to when I was told they'll be right out. And when I did go in, they weren't really much... really talkative or anything. And then when they're done with taking their blood out, they didn't even... it was just pretty much so everybody scat. They just pretty much took right off. I didn't know what to do when I got done going to pee in the cup. Nobody didn't greet me there, tell me which way to go. I had to look for a nurse. I had to yell hello. And then finally found somebody who gave me the blood, which I just didn't care for that. You know, the atmosphere of the... where they would take your blood.

Very happy to have local, timely access to medical care.
