I believe it took a couple of months to get and appointment, a little longer than I was hoping for. the visit was very efficient and a complete exam, I did forget to ask a few questions, but that was my fault

The staff and employees are extremely friendly and and easy to talk to. They are well trained and anxious to help you. This is a very comfortable atmosphere. My visit with the doctor was not rushed and I was given complete information about my care and medications. Thank you Maine General and Dr. Connie Lutkevich

I found the atmosphere very welcoming and warm. From Dr. Lutkevich I learned a great deal about the problem I was seeing her for that day as well as a recent surgery I had. She was informative, receptive to questions and made sure I understood what to be aware of and what to do if symptoms returned.

She seemed rushed and when I asked about a procedure that might fit me and that my aunt had a collector's done in Boston she abruptly said she could refer me to Boston. I was looking for procedures that could be done. Asking questions and it seemed like she just wanted to pawn me off.

The doctor didn't go over the paperwork I brought in, was a little surprised! Nobody asked about my allergies! A little surprised! I was very happy to hear the scheduling department was going to call me soon ! Overall it was a great visit!
