I got in so promptly-2 days after my referral! Both the nurse and the NP were friendly and thorough. The NP listened to me. Looking forward to lab results and treatment in the future.

My only complaint would be that the wait time for the blood work.

My entire experience was positive. From registration, the medical assistant roomed me and explained everything that would and might happen. Danielle was very thorough and informative touching base on all thoughts, how we were going to go forward and if we can't figure it out she has resources for further study. I was surprised we did the allergy testing in the same visit and I did not have to come back for that. Definitely impressed with the entire staff.

Danielle was very good at giving information on what I needed to do and could get a hold of her if I needed to in the future.

The staff from check in to provider, were exceptional!! Meeting with Danielle was probably the first doctors appointment where I actually felt heard, listened to, provided space to speak and who even took the time to listen. The providers and medical assistants at this practice are wonderful, personable, and provide exceptional care. But I will say that your front office staff, your PSRs, do not provide great care. They do not have very good personalities, and they act like you're putting them out just by showing up for an appointment, which I found very off-putting being a practice manager for a primary care practice myself. So I just wanted you to be aware of that.

My nurse practitioner was wonderful and the nurse assigned to me fantastic. They were professional, kind, courteous, and they took their time and explained things. It was a very good experience.

This was a follow-up Zoom appoinment, so less detailed than usual.

Danielle is a wealth of knowledge & has a lot of compassion and listens to everything I say. She's really the best!!! You're the only one that matters when she's in the room. I would also like to recognize the tech...she made my patch testing FUN if it could ever be fun. She's humorous, knowledgeable and professional she doesn't make it so bad to have patch testing done. This was my first visit to MaineGeneral. Gosh, the facilities are incredible! The professionalism, courtesy and simply, the human elements of my visit were incredible also. Everyone I interacted with was personable and competent, leaving me with a feeling of certainty and calmness.
